Twinbrook Veterinary Hospital has been there for us every step of the way since we adopted our first fur kid, Francine in 2020. In addition to providing excellent wellness care and advice, they have always heard our concerns and been incredibly thorough. When we noticed a change in behavior, we brought her in to have her evaluated. Dr. Smith found her osteosarcoma(unexpected in a cat that young)and Dr. Rosenthal performed surgery on her the very next day. They saved her life and then helped us to help her heal and adjust to life on three legs. They have continued to monitor her for any signs of reoccurrence and she has not only survived, but thrived.
We have since added to our family and each time, they have helped us integrate our new member(s) and treated any issues that have arisen from a routine neuter(Max) to a full dental(Maggie). They have even assisted us when we have fostered kittens. In addition to excellent veterinary care, the office staff is first rate. We have been shown kindness and compassion by everyone we’ve encountered and we genuinely believe that they love our animals as much as we do. We are eternally grateful to Twinbrook and recommend them highly.

First time with my Lily at Twinbrook with 4-month problem I have taken elsewhere. Dr. Rosenthal gave a VERY thorough exam, asked questions and had a good discussion about options with the first being an xray. Called the next day with results. Spent a lot of time explaining what xrays showed and we talked about what to do next. I have complete faith in her and know she will keep working until my girl's problem is cured or managed.

Always a great experience from checking in, being seen and checking back out. Everyone is so friendly! Things are always explained to me so I’m 100% in the know on what’s going on with my fur baby. Office is always clean and in tip top shape. And I’m always taken back for my appointment right away once I’ve arrived. I’ve already recommended Twinbrook to a few people and will continue to do so!

This is a "Vet Office" like none other.
If you have a pet that does not like going to the Vet, you simply must give Twinbrook Veterinary Hospital a try.
When I would take my cat to the Anna wellness clinic, he would howl before and during the car ride, cry in the waiting room, and HISS and Growl during the Doc visit.
Ever since I made an effort to move some finances around, my cats no longer makes a fuss before the car ride at all and during the car ride he squawks at me because he doesn't like the car. In the waiting room at Twinbrook, and on the Vet Table he is purring and relaxed.
Even for the not so pleasant parts of the Vet visit, he gets over any upset very quickly. DR. SMITH is exceptional! My 15 years senior cat SOOS genuinely likes him AND the technicians (esp. Sam and Brittney).
I also benefit from the AMAZING Bedside Manor at Twinbrook. They are very patient and understanding when it comes to my relationship with my Fur Angel. He's all I have, and they manage to set my mind at ease and make SOOS and I feel welcome and cared for.
I appreciate the compassion and attention to detail I receive from the staff that schedules appointments etc (Shane for example) because I am not the easiest customer to deal with ?

Twinbrook has always been the absolute best with our sweet girl, Ellie. For the 7 years we had her, they took such great care of her through all her ailments and aging, always advising us on how to give her the best treatment possible to live a happy and full life.
They were wonderful throughout the process of end of life treatment and in helping support us through the difficult decision we had to make in letting her go after she got too sick.
While it is unlikely that we will have another pet anytime soon as the pain is still so fresh, if we do adopt again we will return to Twinbrook in a heartbeat for all our veterinary needs.

Everyone here is very friendly and accommodating. The doctors are very knowledgeable and has helped my dogs for over 15 years. I LOVE Shane!
