I rented my suit for my prom at Tuxedo Junction. The folks there were extremely accommodating and helpful. Since my suit jacket was accidentally taken at the prom, an amazing worker, named Cody, made it his mission to personally hunt down my jacket for me when he could’ve just charged me and let it go. At Tuxedo Junction, they take the upmost care of their customers. The experience was easy, the quality of the suit was great, and the service top notch.

Came in for prom tux. Justin couldn’t have made it easier to walk in and out. Come here if in need of high quality suits to rent or buy quickly.

great place for any formal occasion, will get you in, fitted, and out asap. it is a little pricey, yes. but they will have you 100% confident for whatever you have to do.

Tim at Tuxedo Junction has been so incredibly helpful! It was a breath of fresh air to go to Tuxedo Junction after a bad experience at another place, because Tim is knowledgeable, talented, and experienced. He asked what color my dress is so that he could make the men’s shirts ivory instead of white! That level of detail was awesome! He was so patient when helping us pick out the colors of the suits, he and the other staff have just been great the whole time. Thank you guys!

Took my nephew to get an outfit for prom recently. First let me say the older man that works there is very rude. If we had anywhere else to go I would have left. They took his measurements and we left. The suit they gave us was entirely too big. Absolutely nothing fit him. I don't know what he was measuring. I had to buy my nephew another suit for him to wear after just spending $200 there. I tried taking the suit back before prom so they couldn't use the excuse that he may have worn it already. He could have cared less. He got his money and refused to try to make the situation right. Wouldn't even offer a credit. He took my number and said he would call me after doing more investigating?? I know he just wanted me to leave. Never heard from him either. Big surprise. Terrible way to do business. I will never go back.

Went to rent my son's tux for prom. Staff was very helpful walking through the various styles so he could choose. There was a nice selection of styles and colors to choose from. All of which were a quarter of the cost of the other place at the mall you could get a tux from. Would definitely recommend.

I wouldn't even recommend them. Had trouble to begin with. wanted a size they Had. Even said it had it in the back. They just went in the back did not look just stood there in the back then came out and tried to say they didn't have it fine. So had them size my husband's son for prom supposed to be in today for tomorrow's pictures they didn't even have it ordered. Tried to say the best they could have done is maybe have it in sat... already paid for pictures to be done tomorrow. And not a guarantee for it to be here for his prom on Saturday. Absolutely disappointing and will not recommend. Get your store together or it's gonna be another vacant store in the mall. It would be under David Finnegan or kydian Finnegan. You guys took the measurements and the card. Said we will call you when it arrives Friday. When we called you that Friday you guys answered saying it was there. We showed up and guess what you only looked that it was MacDowell. Nice try. Store still has made any thing to fix it by then. Went to a different tux place

Amazing service, all of them helped out and suggested styles. I honestly give it 10/5 because they really go out of their way to make an awesome service to every customer. My prom suit was very sharp, very happy in all.

Brought my son for his senior prom tux and was helped by Stacey, Cody, and Tim they were all very accommodating and helpful will DEFINITELY be a returning customer
