Me and my bf went shopping to get snacks and as we walked around I looked in the lobster tank and saw a DEAD lobster. Be aware and don’t buy lobster from here, most definitely these lobsters has fed off this dead lobster and are now probably all sick. This is very unfortunate and even dangerous.

The manager Steve is wonderful. The mean guy got fired like 2 yrs ago so experience is so much better and it's so awesome here. Richard is amazing too! They both care and been there for YEARS! the customer service from them 2 alone is outstanding!

watch this store very close they are very unhonest and will overcharge you it has happened at Tops so much it has to be intentional because it can not be a mistake storewide issue rught down to the pharmacy WOW REALLY unethical is all the comes to mind

Cashiers will hangout behind the registers then tell you “sorry I’m closed” if the lane is closed there shouldn’t be a cashier and a grocery bagging associate at that register.

The store in general as a whole I would give 5 stars. The store was VERY CLEAN and nice and bright just a inviting feeling walking through the doors. Now the reason I only gave 3/5 stars is because the prices I think their expensive I only got a few items and I spent just over $50 idk too me I think that's wayy too expensive well for my budget. I do believe that you can get the same items elsewhere and for CHEAPER.!!

I like shopping at this store because I don't want to give all my business to WalMart. I got kind of a lot of stuff the last time I went there. Si, I decided to use the cashier line. I always use self check out, always. I have never been treated in my whole life so rudely by a cashier. He was OBVIOUSLY annoyed that I had a lot of stuff. Not a crazy amount, like six bags. He was chatting away with the customer before me. He didn't even look at me. I said hello and he ignored me. He was throwing my stuff in the bags. Then, he started being friendly with the customer behind me. He didn't tell me my total and when I said thank you before I left, he ignored me again. I left there feeling like sh*t and I didn't do anything but buy groceries.

I live on the other end of town and don't shop here very often, but when I do I have been satisfied. They recently remodeled, and it's nice in there. The staff is usually pretty helpful as well.

I went in to buy 5 strawberries (FIVE). They had them in little boxes, boxes of plastic, about 16oz each. I grabbed one, as I needed strawberries (five). I found a candy bar along the way. Did I need it? No, but my daughter just had her quinceañera. I couldn't figure out how to use the self checkout and left embarrassed and empty handed. I will be back with more confidence.

The closest grocery store to my house, sometimes I walk here to get some snacks or I drive here whenever I need to get groceries, they’ve recently remodeled the store and it looks like a whole different store compared to how it used to be, the staff here is also very kind and the stores is very clean and smells nice!
