(UPDATE: Todd from the car wash IMMEDIATELY responded to my email and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Their customer service is absolutely impeccable. I HIGHLY recommend this car wash to anyone who has been weary. They truly are the nicest people!)
I love this car wash so much! However, I recently moved and am unable to make it to this car wash anymore. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times cancel my membership with no luck, the phone number doesn’t seem to be accurate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have had a membership since this place has opened. I haven't had any complaints until recently. I pay for the Ultimate car wash for both my vehicles and the service has gone down hill. I have had to ask for the front end to be sprayed with bug remover and most of the time anymore it's not out in the bay. I can't remember the last time either vehicle was wiped down afterwards even though it still listed as part of the Ultimate package. They used to take the time on pre rinse now they rush you through even if you're the only vehicle there. I did send an email voicing my displeasure and asked them to remove both of my vehicles off the members list. It's a shame really loved the service there at one point, and cars looked great.

Fast and thoroughly cleaned the outside of my car. The interior vacuums that you have to pay to use are a joke. You pay a dollar for maybe 2 or 3 minutes. So they are cheaper than Sonic, which is really nice, but if you're thoroughly looking to vacuum your car, you might as well do it at home, or pay extra and use Sonics free ones.
