It was my first time at Tilly’s as I’m from Canada- I saw some nascar shirts in the window and decided to go in. It was the best decision I made all day! I had the best experience in the store, Leah was both helpful and very kind! If you’re passing by definitely stop at the mall and go to Tilly’s. Not only do they have great clothing but also awesome and friendly staff!

Nobody ever welcomes you in the store or asks if you need assistance. They just sit at the register and stare at you smh

I had a great experience at Tilly’s while taking my 11 year old son school shopping. He’s just getting to that age where he’s interested in style. He’s too small for adult sizes but doesn’t want to shop in the boy’s section either. Tilly’s had a section perfect for his age.

We visited this store on Sunday for my soon to be 12 year old daughter and had the best experience! Kenzie made it very special for my daughter who was trying on many outfits for her birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make it special. Noah cashed us out and could not have been more professional. Just want to say thank you again!

I walked into the store today and I was on the phone and I didn't hear one of the staff greet me but I did see her look annoyed that I didn't say anything back to her and she walked away and said “alright.†I didn't realize that customers need to be fully attentive to the staff and can't be on their phones while at this store. The staff is pretty obnoxious and won't let you shop without being constantly harassed by them, so I was kind of looking to not having to deal with them while I was on the phone. But no, I guess that's not an option at Tilly's. Be as obnoxious as the staff or they'll just be rude to you ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't really shop there but the staff is really nice and courteous
