The place smelled to hugg heavens, I bought flea stuff they are selling and nobody is ncluding knew any information about it and the wait was ridiculous. Young and unprofessional!

What an incredible place. While in the waiting room getting a procedure done which I couldn't afford to do elsewhere two other people came in with the same story. It was a total of five animals in 5 minutes that I was there. Imagine how many lives they touch in a year. The women behind the counter are great, overall just in awe of everything they do. Thank you

I see them at the shelter, they do their best w/ what little they have. I was however, disappointed they don't do vet care for low income people. It's the animals that suffer because of it.?

Wow, where to begin. Starting off. This place is terrible. I made an appointment and the day before I received a call saying they would have to move it because the doctors kid or something was sick. I 100% understand, but they didn't try to make it sooner, just gave me the next available appointment which was 2 weeks later. MY appointment was at 3:30. I had class before hand and rushed so hard to get there. I got there around 3:35 and apologized, knowing that most places have a 10-15 minutes rule. It was my fault for getting there late and I take responsibility for that. Everything was fine though. Then the lady with red hair I believe decided to make the comment that they would've have to reschedule if I was any later (remember this). It didn't sound right, she always had some sort of attitude throughout my appointment. I was in the waiting area until 4pm (why was it a problem that I was 5 minutes late when you made me wait 30 minutes past my appointment time). It was not busy in there. I was the only person in the waiting room. I never saw the doctor until 4:45 and was out by 5. They completely wasted my time. After finally being taken back, this room was disgusting. The only thing they did in between people was wipe down the table with some sort of alcohol spray. Didn't bother to dry it because it was still wet when we got in there. The scale that was on the table was dirty and had cat hair probably from the previous patient. It made me so uncomfortable. The next thing I noticed was how nasty the floor was, there was clumps of hair on the ground and dirt and ring stains on the floor. That floor probably had not been cleaned for days. I picked up my cat and there was a lot of animal hair on her paws including human hair too! Completely disgusting. Throughout my 45 minutes of waiting, the tech or whatever she was (the lady with red hair) had such a problem that I didn't have the correct paper saying what vaccine they needed. I knew what my cats needed, I moved and didn't have the records. But instead of just contacting my vet like I suggested they kept asking me if I found it in the papers that I brought. Finally I brought it up again and they said that I can call them and have it email the information over to them. I have never had to contact my previous vet to transfer paperwork, usually the front desk does it so that the customer doesn't have to play the game telephone with them. I got in contact with the old vet (which I am very fond of because they were always very nice and did everything correctly) and they apparently they only sent one file instead of two, it felt like I was getting bashed for that throughout the appointment. As I was waiting in the room, I could hear them talking, cussing and being so unprofessional. Judging the previous vet I used to go to, and even a customer that has just left, they were laughing at her about how she was acting. (The walls are thin so you can hear everything if they talk with a normal voice). Finally they came in with the doctor and my cats got their shots they needed. In that process, the red hair lady made stupid comments about my cat. (He isn't social and he doesn't like going to new place) he growls and hisses but has never bitten anyone, I understand from a vets pov that you still need to be precautious, but to say the things this lady said with the stuck up attitude she had was not what she should have done. My cat has acted this way with other vets and they are like "wow you're not a happy boy", they make it so that the customer feels comfortable with them handling their animal. The owner should not feel bad for getting the care for their animal that they need. You deal with angry animals a lot, don't make ignorant comments about the animals that are mad because they don't want strange hands on them. The next problem I had was the doctor. She mentioned something about me not waiting longer than I already had (I guess that was her version of an apology??), tried to say that my cat was overweight. He h

Absolutely the worst human beings I have ever met. The lady at the front desk was ridiculous. Obviously does not care about animals at all. Should not be working in a place like this! She made it a point to tell me to make sure I sign the paperwork saying I was responsible for any possible life-saving procedures that needed done basically if my pet were to have a bad reaction, they would not resuscitate my pet unless I sign the paperwork agreeing to pay all additional fees like seriously she had the nerve to look at me and say we won't save your pet if you don't sign this! I was told a price of $80 for the procedure that I had done then when I get there it was a whole Nother price because they added additional fees. It was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. These people do not care about pets, and I would not recommend anyone go there! I will never go back to this place I will go somewhere else these people are horrible didn't care about animals they care only about money it's sad ?

They do not answer their phone, making it very difficult to schedule if you're busy when they call back. Very frustrating phone tag, but these people love animals
