I'm pissed at T-Mobile. They automatically put me on Auto Pay which I don't want. I want my bill sent in the mail. If you call customer service they can barely speak English. Sad. Very disappointed in the company.

Sergio and Chris gave my husband and I the BEST experience we ever had with a wireless carrier. I cannot say enough positive things about these two employees and this store specifically. We are coming to t-mobile after being with a different carrier for decades. They answered every question honestly and made sure we were in the best plan for us. I’d you need help, this is the place to be.

Just stopped at the store. 2 employees sitting in front of the store and told us that they can't let the 4 of us inside the store because they would need to sell 3 phones. I had every intention to buy a new phone today. End up driving to another store. Horrible service! They should not be working there or anywhere else.

While activating my new tablet at the T-Mobile store on Peach st. in Erie, Pa. the associate informed me that the 12th st. location had fraudulently misinformed me on the monthly cost of device. They lied about the promo and were rude when I needed help after I was done buying anything. They only care about your money and won't help you here.I'm calling the B.B.B.Update to Owner;If you want to chat, why send the stores number and not yours. It wasn't bad service, it was theft.I was told my tablet line charge was to be $20/mo.Peach T- Mobile said that deal is $30/mo.Your boys had me at a $60 line charge.They had to go out of there way to do that.If this wasn't caught within 15 days of purchase, I'd be stuck in a contract.I was told your CHAIN STORE does this kind of thing often.Yeah we'll CHAT IN COURT !After I talk to my friends at channel 12.They'll be chatting with you soon enough.
