The customer service was exceptional. I was greeted immediately upon arriving for my appointment. I didn't have my registration which is needed for a state inspection but the customer service representative was able to retrieve my registration information so I didn't have to reschedule. I would recommend Superior Toyota for your car service

Today was the first time I had been to Erie Toyota since new ownership took over a couple of years ago. I was a little uneasy because past experiences hadn’t been the best. I left feeling much better. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Service work done quickly, comfortable wait area.

I've been bringing our Toyota vehicles here for servicing and inspections for the past five years. The service staff is very accommodating on scheduling and explaining what needs to be done, including going into the bay area with personnel to point out issues. Also, Heather Franklin was an immense help in making my next purchase. She clearly knew what vehicles I was interested in, and made sure to send my all pertinent information on a timely basis. I highly recommend her for your next vehicle purchase!

Once again the car buying experience has moved to a transaction. It was smooth to a point but there were 3 other deliveries going on. The process was delayed at many points fur to 1 person trying to manage 4 deliveries. We were clear on our arrival time but the process was inefficient once we arrived. We had no overall complaints but no overwhelming positives either.

Called Toyota of Erie for my 2012 Lexus Ls460 ("Break pad wear" Have your vehicle checked by a dealer) dash light Warning. They took me in next morning by 10:30 am for diagnostic.Called me and confirmed it was rear pads and rotors should be cut or replaced. After consult less than 2 hours later my vehicle was washed and ready for pickup. Now that's exceptional in/out and peace of mind for my trip south to my Fla Snowbird destination! Kudos to Clint and staff for all you do

I purchased a Sequoia from Toyota of Erie as an out of State buyer (NY about 90 minutes away). My experience with this dealership was excellent at every level. They were honest the entire way through the purchase process and their level of customer service is unlike anything I have previously experienced. My initial contact was with Katie, who helped me tremendously through the buying process. My salesman was Casey, who is genuinely a good person, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and even made me and my 5 year old son feel immediately welcome even after a ‘long’ trip. The management team was also very dynamic, fluid, and thoughtful of me as a buyer, as I made the mistake of forgetting to bring my Title. The company clearly works well as a team of honest individuals, and I highly recommend Toyota of Erie at every level.

I always bring my Tacoma in to be serviced at Toyota of Erie. They send an estimate via text that clearly explains what needs to be done and the costs. They update me through the day and take the time to explain everything in detail. The advisor that works with me is highly knowledgeable and personable. My truck is immaculate upon return. I highly recommend this dealership’s service department.

I recently had to have a tire repaired and an inspection done (both ASAP due to needing to assist a family member who just had surgery) and both times Erie Toyota was able to get me in and take care of my car quickly so that I was able to get back to my family. They were fast, friendly and understanding. Much appreciated, Erie Toyota!!!

I had an amazing experience going through Toyota of Erie! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hospitality around the dealership was superb. Cory Chaffee went above and beyond making my experience as remarkable as it was. James Ramsey also deserves a big shout out for the help he provided throughout the process. If could give 10 stars, I would.

My wife and I are from out of town and had an emergency repair needed on our brand new Toyota Corolla. Jared was able to get us an appointment right away when no other dealers in the area had an availability to help us. The service center went an above and beyond to get us back up and running within 24 hours and made sure our car was safe to drive. Thank you so much for all of your help!

When I purchased my vehicle, I also purchased a program called Auto Butler. Two times a year, usually I do spring and fall, my car is first washed on the outside and then a protective paint coating is applied. It makes it look brand new. Today when I picked my car up, the inside was also swept clean. Toyota of Erie does an amazing job!

Our car picked up some harsh vibrations in the middle of a road trip. Brett was quick in accommodating us and correctly diagnosing the issue despite not having an open appointment. Really makes it worth going to a dealership.

Our tire sensor has been out for a while and was told that we needed to go to the dealership for it to be reset. Upon calling, was told they needed to do a full diagnostic to check the vehicle out despite us knowing the sensor was dead. Made sense since they needed to prove it for themselves. Understood that. Was told it would be about 2 hours and the cost would be $152 after tax. Fair number. 2 hours. $75. Seems fair for skilled labor. Took the vehicle in, 20 minutes later, I get call. Your sensor is dead it needs replaced. The total to replace the sensor will be around $450.I’m all about paying skilled labor in areas I know nothing about. But to be told I needed a full diagnostic check on the vehicle & that it would be about 2 hours. To pay someone the equivalent of $420 an hour (took them 20 min & was charged a labor rate of $142.88 + tax is disgusting. A poor and inauthentic display of professionalism. Very sad. Affirms the “Used Car Salesman” mentality we hear about at dealerships exists at Toyota of Erie.Should have known better. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
