Update: The owner and management team have bent over backwards to resolve the situation and have exceeded my expectations in terms of responsiveness and flexibility. I would highly recommend Toyota of Erie.
Extremely poor and disappointing experience. My deal exploded on the launch pad in the finance office. The advertised 2021 Camry SE AWD for $359 a month was not as advertised and turned out to be $500+ a month. I wasted 2 days and 160 miles of driving to find this out when picking the car up. This should have been an easy transaction as I have a credit score of 830 and was literally buying the exact car advertised. Unfortunately I was very optimistic when putting the deal together so I made the mistake of telling all my coworkers and family I was getting the car, now I look foolish coming home without it.

I bought a new Venza and Mike Myers was my salesman. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and even slightly funny;). He did an amazing job getting just what i wanted and I love this car! Did not care for the finance piece and trying to push all these extras over and over again. Met a Manager, also named Mike, who was super nice and accommodating. Overall a very positive experience!
*update: Had the opposite experience with a used car. Toyota had higher prices than any other dealer for comparable Rav4 and lower trade in value. Also the service department was all different and wanted to charge many ridiculous fees and services that are not needed. Will not go back here for cars or services.

Bought a new car there recently and dealt with Heather. They were able to beat the price from a dealer a little south of Erie for the same equipped vehicle by $3000! Impressed!

Visiting from out of town- car hit a very deep hole. Clearly pulling to the right. Drove into the Toyota dealership. Greeted with much kindness. Instant assessment of the alignment done and found to be quite out of alignment. They took it in right away due to a pressing appointment that I had.
They even drove me, per shuttle, to a nearby mall to run an errand. And the price here at the dealership was even less expensive than a tire shop nearby. Thanks!!

Well, a good friend of mine, in Pittsburgh highly recommended your dealership, and specifically salesman Casey Doolittle to me, when I was becoming frustrated with condescending Toyota salesmen at various dealerships in Pittsburgh (I won’t name names)….While it WAS hard to wait SO LONG (2 months?) for my car, a Toyota Corolla Hybrid Cross, Casey was an excellent partner in the process, helping me to find a good way to CHANGE THE BLACK ROOF COLOR on the Acidic Blast model……(I did not want a contrasting roof color!)…..Casey was very well-informed on two different possible options for me….When we were thwarted with our first option, a vinyl wrap, he smoothly pivoted to having the Roth Mercedes Benz body shop do a FANTASTIC JOB of matching the paint on the roof and spoiler. The car is perfect. Casey was very personable, and fun/fine to deal with, answering my MANY questions and concerns along the way, before, during, and after my purchase……Every interaction I had with everyone at the dealership was pleasant. I will recommend you to anyone looking for a Toyota (and have already)…….

Everything was great working with this dealership. My only critique is they would not hold the used vehicle I was interested in. Their software was down and I did not want to miss out on this car. It all worked out but I didn't think holding a car for a few days would be a big issue.

The sales man ( BRAD )made the best deal and I turned it down,he would only give me $33,000 for my trade in, I told him I wanted $35,000. I said np problem and left,5 minutes I get a call from Brad saying he would give me the $35,000 and at that time I asked that the $35,000 was off of the internet price of $51,000 and he said yes,so I go back and took the deal,but the 4Runner will be coming in within a week , I had to ask for a print out of our deal, when I got home I noticed they gave me the $35,000 for my trade in BUT THEY RAISED THE PRICE OF VEHICLE FROM $51,000 to $53,000. When I called back Brad and the sale manager (Mike ) both said no they couldn’t do the deal, I can’t believe how one but both of them set there and lied. FYI NEVER BELIEVE THESE TWO AND CHECK EVERYTHING THEY ARE SAYING TO YOU AND GET IN WRITING

Easy buying experience and great service. They got the truck I wanted in three days and were easy to work with. I worked with Casey who made the sales process quick and simple. From the start of my experience I could tell this dealership treats their customers well. Highly recommended.
Since owning my vehicle I have had it in twice for service. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. I recently had to speak with the service manager, Clint, about some issues with my vehicle. He was able to research the problems I had and provide a proper resolution. I am thankful for his attention to my concerns. If you have any issues at this dealership, management will make it right.
