they will not give minimum respect to customers always they increase MSRP and they say 1000$ discount and they treat customers as slaves.

Buyers beware. New vehicles have a dealer markup price as high as $10,000. So all you were doing is handing this dealership $10,000 above MSRP for the transaction on vehicle. PRICE GOUGING.

Toyota of Erie, PA. This is the worst car dealership I've ever been to. From first hand experience, and an inside source, a majority of the staff shows up so intoxicated they can't even pull the cars into the shop to work on. Don't even get me started about the multitude of mistakes that are made because of this that they write off on customers insurances. If you looked in half of the tool boxes in the back you would find more alcohol bottles than equipment. Not to mention the blatant cocaine problem among the workers. The worst of it all is that CLINT SOKOLOWSKI is in charge and knows about all of it and let's it all slide. This entire facility is an embarrassment to the rest of the Toyota company.

Brad was a phenomenal salesman for my purchase today! Extremely knowledgeable, polite, thorough, and professional. I went in there and walked away with the exact car I wanted and got a GREAT value for my trade in. Highly recommend them and ask for Brad!!

I have purchased two vehicles from Superior Toyota and thought I would be a customer for life. Then something changed in the past several months in the service area. Incredibly grateful for this location. The service team is strait forward with you and does not try to up-sell whatsoever. They will tell you what you really need, and help you select the right things for YOU and your car. Nothing makes me lose trust and respect than a dealership that tries to convince you you need something and take advantage of you. That is why I go to this location. Honest people who work in a timely manner.

I have bought a car through here and had a decent experience with the sales staff, until it came to financing. They will try to make you go with Huntington bank at a huge percentage. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND COME PREPARED WITH A QUOTE! Do not take their word for their "best deal". They are in kahoots with Huntington. Also the service station IS A JOKE! Despite scheduling an appointment online, we were told we didn't have An appointment, despite showing them the confirmation email. They kept our car over 24 hours without calling to tell us they wouldn't get it in that day and they closed earlier than what their website says their hours are ON A WEEK DAY. Also, they have tried telling us they put DOUBLE THE OIL THAT OUR CAR WOULD HOLD and they tried charging us for rotating tires that didn't happen. We marked the tires so we would know if they were rotated after suspecting they weren't the last time and we were right! Overall, do not go here. They are swindlers.

I am beyond satisfied with the quality of work their body shop performed on my vehicle. They were done almost a week earlier than estimated and the truck after being repainted on the roof and hood looks like new. Will definitely go back again! I am probably the pickiest customer out there and they met all my expectations. Great job!
