I purchased my husband's Christmas present online 12.21.23, went today to pick up and guy refused to give me my order because my bank card had my husband's name on it as well due to it being a joint bank account. Mind you I made a purchase 2 months ago same card picked up order no problem. So I seek out management who then says ok I'll fix it and put the amount on a gift card. I make my way back to counter to pick my order up as I get to counter my phone dings notifying me that my account was charged again $377.00 mind you I already paid for order yesterday online. So, I continue filling out my information on the tablet at counter to get my order and was going to go back and talk to manager about the second charge before leaving..that's when Chris they guy behind counter snatched the tablet out of my hands and said I already told you that you can't get your fucking order! The gentleman next to me at counter was just as shocked as I was. He was in middle of making a purchase when he looked at his wife and said let's go I refuse to give my money to this place and asked me if I was ok and they left. I told the worker that I had already talked to management and they gave me a card to use to get my order. The employee looked me dead in my face and said that's not doable. By this time I was beyond agitated and livid because my account now had been charged $377.00 twice. So, I go find another manager tell her what happened that now I was charged twice and still not able to pick up my order that was already paid for when I walked through the door to begin with I was just picking up. That I was treated beyond horrible by their staff, he snatched tablet from my hands and then cussed at me! That I wanted my money back and that I would not be continuing any business with their establishment. Of course it takes them two seconds to charge my account but 5 to 7 days to get money back!? So, I leave store and as I'm pulling out my phone alerts me that they hit my card AGAIN! So in total $1,131 was taken from my account! I turn back around go back and the manager tells me no they didn't charge me 3 times it was just the refund? Umm no! I walked in with over 1,000 in my account and walked out negative for a purchase that was paid for yesterday! So, after they drained my back account, (which how two more charges were charged in store without me even taking my bank card out of my wallet ) they basically tell me I was lying and had to show my account and then still tried saying I didn't know what I was talking about I get on phone with my bank on speaker phone and she confirmed my account had been charged 3 times, once yesterday and twice today in store! I then proceeded to tell her I never even took my card out of my wallet in the store so how were charges charged without my card being ran? She then said it was fraudulent charges then in which the Manager insisted was wrong said this to my bank! Who literally was looking at the charges! So, my account is now drained 3 days before Christmas and I can't get any money back for 5 to 7 days! So a big thank you to Sportsman Warehouse for screwing me over 3 days before Christmas! I will never do business with that establishment ever again and encourage anyone else who does to think twice! I wish I could give them no star's but that's not an option!

I purchased a gun online and 7 days later it gets canceled due to "insufficient stock" even though the gun was posted as "in stock" they sell things they dont even have and I was out 1000 dollars for a week before it was refunded and nothing to show for it. Terrible place to spend you're hard earned money at.

Got up early this black Friday to purchase a gun from Sportsman's Warehouse. The store associate instructed me to enter the wrong zip code and when asked questions stated "I am not your coach". The gun application was rejected, big surprise. However being a black American as I am, I truly feel discriminated against. I will never step foot in this store or any others owned by this company again. Just felt all should have a fair warning. As now I will be unable to purchase a gun for 31 days!

Very nice place. Staff are very helpful too. I will be going back there soon. Nice place to take the kids to as well. Lots of mounted animals for them to see. Stop by whenever you have a chance

I was getting a knew waterborne and online it said they had it in stock, so I went to the store to check it outThe store it's self was pretty good, and I found the area but no water bottle on site.I ended up going online and bought since I was desperate, but other than that, good help from others would come again for the other things of variety in the store.

Finished my day at work and thought I’d stop into Sportsman’s Warehouse because I have been meaning to buy some 9mm and a replacement red dot for my gun.Part 1 for the 1 Star: I arrived around 5:30pm to them having had already locked their doors leaving only their exit doors open. Sign says they close at 6pm. When I got inside through the exit doors I wasn’t greeted by the employee standing at the entrance who seemed to be avoiding even looking in my direction. There were customers all around so I assumed I could still shop.Part 2 for the 1 Star: I get to the counter and patiently wait for the employee to finish talking with a couple about a gun they are looking for. Hearing them finish the employee walks towards me and asks if he can help me. I let him know what I am looking for and he tells me he doesn’t work with the guns and yells across the store to ask another employee a question about the red dot I am looking for. After we get no audible answer from this employee he looks back at me and recommends me the most expensive red dot. Mind you after telling me he does not work with guns. I inform him of the price point I’m looking at and this employee doubled down with his already poor attitude telling me I am going to get what I pay for and that he doesn’t have anything in that price range. I asked him if he had another fire arm which only appeared to irritate him further which he looks in the next case and tells me they don’t have it. He also immediately after answering me asks me if there is anything else I can help him with and before I even answer starts walking away from me. I didn’t get his name but from the conversation he is a younger guy who wears thick framed glasses and says he is from the archery section.It is sad that there is already so few commercial firearm retailers but the one we have in Erie has terrible service. I’m gonna just try local shops.

Drove hours to buy a shotgun that I was told was in stock only to arrive and wait 30 minutes at the gun counter to be told that they dont have it. Customer service is a joke here and after browsing the rest of the store it just looks like an unorganized and overpriced mess. I guess when Field and Stream left the game plan was to not change anything for the better.

While we didn't need any sports equipment, we had seen some of the taxidermy mounts online. So we took a trip after dinner and were amazed at the set up they had of so many different types of animals in many different settings. An associate talked with us about many of them, and was very helpful.

Mike S helped me with my archery needs. He did great work and knows his stuff when it comes to bows. His customer service is amazing and he explained everything to me clearly so I could understand what I needed. 10/10 i recommend.

I was in this morning for a pair of chest waders & had a WONDERFUL experience. Jim waited on me. He helped me find a pair that fit me perfectly in a price range I could afford. He knows his stuff & is very friendly. Thank you Jim!!!! You are a valued employee 100%!

Ordered a Coleman mini bike for my son's birthday 2 weeks prior, they said it would be on the next truck which was a week before his birthday. Called the store,they said someone forgot to put it on the truck. They promised it was going to be on the next truck in time for his birthday party low and behold I call them on my son's birthday and they said it didn't come in it would be here next week. So now I have nothing to give my son on his birthday. My advice is "don't do any business with sportsman's warehouse, they're overpriced and incompetent"
