When I first stepped in I was a bit distraught to realize it was packed. I decided to give it a shot, and it didn’t take me but 15 minutes to be seen. I’ve waited to be seated at a restaurant longer than that. The lady who helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable, and they are working at transferring the stuff from my old phone to my new phone right now. Still sitting in here watching some YouTube videos. Very comfortable waiting areas.

Price gougers and monopolists. Said they could never diagnose my regular and consistent service outages that happened every day at 9 PM because they had power outages. Every day.I’m so glad we have VNET now as they’re much more respectful toward their customers.

If only I could give minus 100 stars. This is Spectrum as a whole, not the local store, since all calls end up at an 800-style number. Spectrum "service" is atrocious. They take my money every month, my phone doesn't even work and internet has been mostly out all week. Next is the vouce mail leading customers to a dropped call. After that is the guy who promises an appointment days away tgen drops the call. Spectrum has ruined internet and critically important phone service for me. But the billing works.

The place smells like cheap cologne and the people working there could not have been more disinterested in my questions. In fact, the guy that "helped me" barely made any eye contact and brushed off my questions. Terrible company. Terrible store.

I've had a great experience with Spectrum, and especially this store! Kate (Katelyn?) was amazing and went above and beyond to get my service(s) right, and all of the staff here are super friendly and helpful. The wait times can be extremely long but the store moves pretty fast!I would recommend a reservation though!

they have changed their names 4 times since ive been a customer and their service has gotten worse everytime, if you can pay to have someone install fiber in your area you will be rewarded by having a company that isnt straight garbage for 3 decades

Worst internet service ever. If you like losing connections multiple times a week I’d recommend spectrum if you want great internet definitely go somewhere else.

Fantastic service, despite my coming in near the end of the day and bouncing between several reps, taking up their time. Professional and friendly all around, they advised and assisted in sorting out issues getting my new phone line with them set up. 6/5 - Thank you!

I am cancelling service, and the person I spoke to on the phone was a complete nightmare. Would not let me cancel at all. Went into the store, and had Angela, and she was an absolute gem! She made the process smooth and efficient. Thank you. She’s a great employee! Thank you thank you!
