The town of Erie will never forget how spectrum held us as a people hostage with their monopoly. Charging outrageous prices for bad internet. I just switched to another provider happily as soon as it was available. Goodbye your monstrous overlord, may you go swiftly into bankruptcy.

I would not give them a one star but have to!! This company I never had an issue with then my son goes to them they refuse to turn off services when the service is didn't work because he got the affordable capacity program from the government so they kept adding and adding more money to his bill every month then I'd let him make payments with my mac card was a one-time payment every time because he had me down to talk to them to try to get the service cut off that makes me reliable to pay his bill they told me and they started taking money out of my account refuse to take off my Mac card from his account that they saved without permission also without permission they put it on auto pay and told me to suck it up and pay for My son's account and they took my money and return it told me I am responsible to pay his bill he's a over 18 it's not my responsibility to pay his bill not in my name

Plan on being there for a while. Now that they have added mobile service, it’s no different than going to your mobile store. Simple billing question and I had to sign. Than when it’s my turn I’m told because my name isn’t on the account, there’s nothing they can do. Looking for new internet provider now.

After a wait I was taking care of by one of their reps. I was turning in some equipment that went pretty smoothly. However when I ask about purchasing a new phone because I am a Spectrum mobile customer I was told that I have to have Spectrum internet or they won't sell me a phone which makes no sense. I was also told that my Spectrum Mobile bill is now going to go up $10 because I canceled my Spectrum internet. I was not told that when I subscribe to Spectrum mobile. So if that occurs I may be looking for another provider.

Spectrum is a horrible company as my experience plus bad customer service. I sign up for WiFi internet last month and I was told my bill coming up was going to be for $93. I just got the email saying I owed $195.65. I feel like I got rip off legally. Plus they even try saying that I had sign up for WiFi bout 3month ago and I told the I just sign up last month cause I just recently moved in my new home. That just literally told me they don’t have nothing under control and they aren’t professional at their career. Any body out there that is looking for cable or internet I strongly suggest you not to have spectrum as your cable supplyer. They are a rip off and they will steal your money. Jennifer was a kind beautiful lady. But will was a horrible employer and very disrespectful. For any body out there. I strongly suggest you Verizon internet. They have very good internet very fast and a great customer service. Plus if you have medical insurance. You get 6month free. Hurry up and try them and see for your self. But if you don’t believe what I am saying about spectrum. Feel free and get service thru them and experience for your self how quick you can get robbed.
