The people are nice and unloading was fast. However, I will not be back here due to the fact I personally do not want to buy tires bc I tear them up backing into places like this, nor do I want my truck to get hit being in the road. They should recommend all trucks to not extend a certain length at this location due to danger for drivers on road and truckers. There is no way to avoid having to pop the curve WHILE turning which is NOT good for tires

Quick and professional. Would've given 5 stars but backing into dock from street and holding up traffic is never fun. just saying

They weren't in a hurry to get me unloaded, but I just took a break and cooked some breakfast so I didn't mind. My carrier told me I had a 5AM appointment time, but they are actually first-come-first-serve. Day cabs/ local guys appear to have priority, which seems fair to me.I'm a rookie so my backing is slow and tedious even on a on a good day... This was probably the most difficult back I've had since I started trucking. But honestly, it wasn't that bad. If the curb across the street wasn't there, it would be a breeze.A very sweet and extremely helpful day cabber Dave gave me a hint for how to get in the docks if you can't quite get it:If you're facing the docks, on the right you'll see grass; however, the entire corner of the little lawn has been worn away and is covered in gravel. Use that space. You'll have to get up on the sidewalk, but it was so much simpler once I utilized that patch of gravel. I took a picture to show exactly what area I'm talking about. Use tire tracks from trucks before you.Another hint, try to be the first truck to check in. I was the first truck so I was able to use the other empty docks for some extra space to maneuver. But if had to maneuver around other trucks, I would probably just need to set my air brakes and cry... Note: if you jump the curb across the street you'll have no problem getting into any door. I was just too scared to get my drive tires off the asphalt since I was so heavy. Not a bad place. No complaints. I'd come back here...One compliment - guys in receiving were extremely friendly. Even as they were telling me I would be waiting much longer than I anticipated, I wasn't mad. They were too nice and helpful for me to get mad.

Check in was quick and easy. They have limited parking but no overnight. Very tight backing. You can pull thru parking lot and turn around so you don't have to do a blind side back. Watch out for curb when backing in front. You may have to back up over curb behind you depending on what door you get. The front of your truck may stick out onto road. They do charge a lumper fee. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Really tight dock to get into with a sleeper cab and 53ft reefer but all the guys inside were extremely professional and really good to work with.
