Amazing store. I saw Aaron, and he was so friendly and helpful. Also noticed how clean the store was and the bathroom. I am weird and notice things like that ? My husband and I got the temperpedic lux and it’s the best bed we’ve ever had. So worth the price.

Stay far away from sleep number 6 thousand dollars and only 1 yr warranty. This bed has failed in less than 2 yr.and it cost 250.00 just to see what the problem is.also 250.00 to take it apart and you have to get rid of it.do yourself a favor and stay away. If I could give negative stars it would be -100

Love my new mattress and the salesman was very laid-back and not pushy***** 6 YEARS LATER AND THE PUMP WENT. THEY WANT $200 TO REPLACE IT. FINE WHATEVER BUT THEN THEY CHARGE MY CARD AND TELL ME THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THE NEW PUMP CAN SHIP. THEY HAVE BEEN ON BACK ORDER SINCE FEB 2022 BUT IF I DONT PAY FOR IT NOW THEY CAN NOT PROMISE ME I WILL EVEN GET ONE. WHAT?!?!?! HOW IS THAT FOR STANDING BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS. THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" LADY TOLD ME "WELL YOU CAN BUY A NEW 360 BED". OH SURE THOSE PUMPS ARE AVAILABLE, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I WILL BE BUYING A NEW MATTRESS BUT IT WILL NOT BE A SLEEP #

Closed on Friday of Labor Day weekend with a sale going on. Not a good way to keep customers. Nothing was mentioned on their website or phone that they were closed.We love our sleep number and were planning to buy another one for a second bedroom. Called the corporate office and they took our order. Bret/Brad was very helpful and we were glad we could give him our business.

Very unhappy that I drove an hour to get there and it was closed during posted "open" hours per the placard on the door and the website. I called first and the recorded message gave no clue they were closed. I'll love Sleep Number beds but I'll buy online from now on.

Horrible Customer service . They will not sell the surround that goes with the headboard once you’ve bought the headboard only and it looks hideous with six inches sticking out on either side. The metal brace that holds the surround is in full view. When I called to complain someone named Dennis had the nerve to tell me I should have researched it first on their website. If you look at their website you will see they obscure the look of the metal braces by sticking nightstands in front of them. It should not be a big deal to sell the surround afterward or let you return the headboard if you’re not happy after spending THOUSANDS of dollars.

We went to our only Sleep Number bed store in our area on a Friday afternoon. There was only one customer service girl in there and she was on the phone when we went in the store. She was able to finish her phone call and asked us is we needed help. Yes, we did. We had 2 different friends that had told us that they gave our names as "referral" to go to Sleep Number beds. So both friends ended up purchasing Sleep Number Queen beds. We asked about this and the sales girl told us that the offer expires in One year. So we knew that the first referral was lost. So then we were told by our recent friend that they told their sales person that we were the ones that encouraged them to go buy a Sleep Number bed. So the sales girl looked that account and stated that they had Never given them our name for a referral. I know my friends had told me that they gave our name as a referral but whoever their sales person was never put our name on the referral information. So I called my friend and sure enough she said over the phone to our sales girl that she had given their sales person our name as a referral. Long story short, we had the same sales girl as they did. She had never put in a referral for us. Just wonder hw many times this has happened??

I had a great experience at the store in Erie, PA! The manager and sales associate were very helpful and knowledgeable! I thought the Sleep Number bed was the best value based on my research and comparison of other kind of similar products. I look forward to sleeping on my new bed for many years and earning cash by recommending people that buy a Sleep Number bed.
