Harley the sweet little greeter gave me a toothache while I had a short wait to be helped. ? ? David and his staff were polite,caring and professional! “I prefer the Poplar street location, they have all the supplies needed and shorter lines, and the 2 guys that work the counter are always friendly and helpful . Yesterday I had to go and forgot it was going to be busy due to christmas, I waited 45 minutes as they only had 1 person at the counter. When I was 2nd from the front of the line, the line had at least 30 people in it behind me, a rude 20 something blond women who was flipping her bleached blond hair around obviously trying to apeal to the men in line, felt entited to walk in & skip to the front of the line because she took an uber there, she kept saying "im going to skip the line since I took a Uber", "no one cares if i skip the line, my uber wont wait for me"...no one was speaking up, so I said "No, I have a Uber sitting outside waiting for me also and yours will wait like mine is, they get paid for wait time", she responded "wow where is the christmas spirit" I replied " at the dmv", everyone laughed and she went to the back of the line.”
“I went to this fedex location to renew my passport. Ryan and Blake walked me through the process and helped troubleshoot a couple of snags I ran into. They were professional and personable the whole time! They made a stressful process much-less stressful and we had some laughs along the way! I’m holding my renewed passport! Thanks, friends!”

“I went there to pick up a package and could not have met nicer people to help me. It was the day of the storm, and while one woman was running around, trying to find my package. The other woman was vacuuming up all the salt and cleaning the reception room.it took a while for them to find where my stuff was but they work hard and they’re super nice. I know where I’m going with my future packages.”
“To not fault of their own, I missed a package delivery that I was unaware would need to be signed. Due to it being my camera equipment I had shipped up from out of state for a photography event the next day, the customer service went above and beyond to contact whoever they needed to to get the package brought back to their facility so I could pick it up within the next 20 minutes vs. me being stuck and not having it until Monday. They saved my butt and I could not express how appreciative I was. I can’t remember names, but all in all I’m thankful they were quick and willing to work with me!”
