This was our first experience with using Sherwin Williams paint and had a less than happy experience with the particular paint we chose. The Sherwin Williams rep came out to our house and could not of been nicer. He recommended we try a different paint which made all the difference in the world. He gave us new supplies and paint . It looks terrific now. EXCELLENT customer service !! Would definitely recommend them . Very , very happy now !

I had to go to the store and pick out paint for an upcoming painting project. My retail representative was named Michael. He assisted me and explained things fully. I got my color swatches for the painters to go back and get.The store was clean and I was greeted immediately with a smile.
