Overall - this was my second stay at this hotel. It’s not bad by any means but the cost of this hotel is insane for what you get. First, you have to pay for parking and there is no free coffee or breakfast (I know most Sheratons don’t, but the cost of the breakfast was over $20 a dish at the restaurant and coffees were $5+ at the coffee bar. That’s all fine, given it is advertised but it’s just quite a bit of money after spending $$$ on the room. It has a nice view, a good location and updated rooms. The king sized room felt rather small. Additionally, the TVs did not have any channels, we stayed on the first nfl weekend and couldn’t watch a single game. The only channels available were movie channels that were on repeat. The TVs are old smart TVs, so you couldn’t cast your phone to watch the games. Not a huge deal but a little frustrating as we stayed on a rainy weekend, the amenities showed ESPN but we couldn’t watch them. Everyone did seem rather friendly. We also had to request housekeeping (I selected we would like it on check in) and they never came.

**VERY Disappointed** - I booked this hotel for a one-night stay during our road trip, expecting a good and relaxing rest after a 7-hour drive from Washington. Given the hotel's reputation, I had average expectations.
When we checked in, evening of September 1, the front desk staff was friendly, loud live music was playing super hard to communicate to the staff.
However, my disappointment began when we parked $15 USD for a night. Gate was left open for public (seems like) couldn’t find parking for over 15 mins. The elevator lobby there had an unpleasant odor.
4:45am woke up with someone banging on the wall and that continued till 7:15am called front desk was told they have to investigate and see where the noise was coming from; even after explaining her which side of the wall we believe someone banging the wall.
This stay has been the Worst we've ever experienced. just to mentioned we paid over $375 USD for a night.
Two45 waterfront Grille booked for 9pm didn’t get seated till 9:25pm food took forever when served it was noting but average food; ordered spicy shrimps comes with 4 over cooked shrimps (how can you over cook them lol) and some kind of chicken, rather go eat out to local restaurant.
I’m sorry i sound like an unhappy person, I’m Not!
Breakfast was a bad as dinner, they were out of fresh fruits by 8:30am WTH. Baked stuff was days old.
Honestly to my opinion, I wouldn't consider this an any star hotel. A 2-star hotel where we stayed in is far better than this one.
In hindsight, I should have booked a different hotel at the same or lower price that offered good breakfast and sound proof rooms.
Staff who checked me in said he will give me free parking as complimentary but I was still charged..
Rooms: Very small

Fantastic hotel with great views. My wife and I had a room here a few years back and it was incredible. Unfortunately, their customer service was so awful that we avoided booking a hotel there. Kevin in particular is awful, and should be fired. He hung up on me and my wife separately mid-sentence while trying to figure out room availability.

Overall good stay but the price to stay in Erie, Pa is ridiculous! Almost $1,000 for 2 nights??? This place is way overpriced!

Terrible. Very loud live music in front of the hotel. Impossible to sleep, even on 7th floor

My fiancé and I recently stayed here for a little mini getaway trip. Very nice hotel, we had a marina view little guest room/suite with a walk in shower, but be cautious the water gets extremely hot only put the handle in the middle for decently hot shower. Brought our dog with us and she loved the lake view! More than enough room in the room, pictures don't do justice online though. Overall very pleasant stay, just gets a little loud with people slamming doors and talking in the halls, firm mattress also. And we were also unaware of the hold they put on your card whennever you're there is usually more than what's charged depending. It would have been nice to know that information whenever we originally booked our stay. Breakfast is good, however room service tends to be expensive compared to if going down in person and order the same stuff, dining room is also very dog friendly even the dog gets a bowl of fresh water.
It would also be nice if hotels offered small brochures to show room features such as what is included with your room such as wifi and how streaming might work, an overall example of the room.
Everything was also within walking distance as far as restaurants, if you're gluten intolerant like me there are quite a few options for food.
Also the pool was nice but it's very cold, it's an indoor pool you think it would have been heated, also too the mini whirlpool was nice too.

Husband & I did a two night stay. Bay front room. Room & view were nice. Restaurant was good with incredible desserts!! Staff at hotel & restaurant were super friendly! The only complaint we have & it's an important one, the mattresses were very firm & very uncomfortable!! It was like sleeping on the floor.

Only problem we had is that that bath/shower is too small for my taste. Otherwise everything was great.

You need to like dogs and not have allergies! There were dogs EVERYWHERE! I suggest there be a pet free part of the hotel for the guests with asthma and allergies.
For the steep cost of these rooms, I was shocked that they didn't offer coffee or even water in the lobby OR breakfast. The kids did enjoy the pool.
Rooms: Nice views for sure
