This location has gone down hill over the years. Not only is the facility dated, the previous managers and staff were friendly, personable, and helpful. Now, not so much.

Ended messing up my order I asked if I was able to get a refund and they said no they don’t think they can do that and would have to make me repay again for the same thing I got yea I’m not paying the second time for the same thing I got and you messed up on I will not be ordering from west ridge rd sheetz again if you want your orders done right highly recommend any other sheetz not west ridge rd and not to mention no refund😡

Customer service there was horrible. Had an interaction today with a young lady behind the food service counter named
Kassie And not only was she arrogant and and spoke to the customers like we were worthless she also would not refund or exchange the food after she took the sandwich and threw it away and she supposed to be in a management position won’t ever go to another sheetz again

The past few times I’ve been to this location the food has taken longer than reasonable and the orders have been either inaccurate or served in stale bread/buns. They’ve really been slipping in terms of service and quality. I’m done wasting my time in this location.

The worst store I've been in , in awhile even co fair on 18th and sass is better then this store. The service was horrible.

Have ordered hot dogs from there last 3 times have been messed up they put ketchup on them each time I can't eat ketchup so have to throw them away how hard is it to read a screen and nothing on there should have even looked like it spelled ketchup guess I'm done ordering from there

Been stopping in here in the morning around 4 AM before work for the last couple weeks. The coffee is good but the regular employee at check out is very rude. Why do you place people in positions working with the public without training and enforcing decent respectful behavior towards customers?
This seems a regular thing and has grown tiresome enough to spend my hard earned money somewhere else.

Maybe instead of standing around playing on their mobile phones they should be doing a walk through and making sure the restrooms are fully stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, sanitizer, and paper towels.

Horrible customer service. Lady making MTO food at 2am on Saturday December 23rd. Ignored me the 1st time I had said excuse me & then gave me an attitude as if I knew should could hear me the 1st time I said excuse me. Maybe you should speak up the 1st time, if you are going to get mad at a customer for speaking up a second time.

This Sheetz has consistently messed my orders up almost every single time I order from there. The food is either mix-matched with other food items, the food would be soggy, sauces would not be included even when paid for, conveince items when ordered online were almost always completely wrong or just not even included in the order. I've worked in fast food for YEARS and never ever messed up that poorly, nor even consistently? Do not even give this one the time of day, Go to Penninsula, they are wonderful there and every order has been perfect.

Went in on Monday evening November 27th about 7 pmOrdered TWO got cocoas. There was a man ahead of me who already had his food but was waiting on a specialty drink. Ten minutes go by, the more customers ordering food. Twenty minutes later the man next to me starts complaining to me about his situation,, just waiting on a drink to complete his order.The gentleman and lady in the food service area chatting away. While making orders. The gentleman behind the counter pacing back and forth complaining about how much he hates his job blah .. Blah . Blah .Five more minutes later I finally spoke up and asked them "Are you growing my cocoa tree?" The man behind the counter stops and looks over at the other screen and realizes there's drink orders and finally starts making them. The man next to me recieves his drink and leaves with cold food,! He said it's not worth a reorder ...customers were waiting at the normal checkout counter with no employee to help.I FINALLY receive my cocoa along with a sarcastic remark "thanks for waiting so patiently*Then he removed himself from food service and ran to the front counter. What a mess! Terrible service. Terrible work ethics. And many angry customers.

Paid for a cup of fries that was half full and was told by the cashier that I was bothering her and preventing her from doing her job when I went to the counter to cash out.
