Generally friendly and helpful people. Though I just bought one of their zippo style lighters, and took it out of it's case and it tore the bottom. I asked for a replacement (since I had just walked out of the store a minute before) and was just told repeatedly no refund. I just wanted it replaced with a non-defective one. Might be going to one of the other stores going forward.
