Dropped off boots and appeared to be bothering them. Went to pick up boots and she was very unorganized. Looked for them all over the store for about 15 minutes. I found them. The shoe repair held up for about 2 wears. Not a very neat job. Had shoes repaired in Cleveland at a small mom & pop shop about 6 years ago and they are still holding up.

Hooked us up with a new zipper for Dads ol Browns jacket. Nice place and look forward to having some boots done. Nice to know we have this speciality service. Hate to have pitched his jacket for a zipper.

Rudy does excellent work at reasonable prices. I have leg-length inequality and get lifts in my shoes. He does a very good job on the lifts.

So impressed with the repair of my Birkenstocks. They even say 'BirK' on the bottom again and cork heel was aslo repaired!! Highly recommended to anyone trying to renew their Birkenstock shoes/sandals

The owners are awesome they fixed my coat that I got from my aunt when my uncle passed away and fixed the zipper did awesome work and they even fixed my other coat with no problem. Diffently be coming back here again.?
