Every time I go in here fitting rooms are never available I'm tired of doing exchanges and I'm done shopping for clothes there. I do want to say there is one amazing employee that they have, I cannot remember his name but he changes the color of his beard. He is great customer service, a great personality, and he's always friendly. Then there's another man who works on the floor with a beard. He is very unpersonable. He's rude. He won't even give you a smile if you tried. This store has gone down hill. I rather traveled to Pittsburgh to shop at the same company then to shop at our local store anymore

Waiting in line with 1 cashier and 4 employees standing around talking with each other. When asked if someone could help us was told they were off the clock. Poor service and management

Don’t shop here. Severely understaffed. One cashier on a Saturday during back to school shopping. Canada people if you shop here the bus will leave without you. Even Tuesday Aug 20 3pm and I was in line for 51 mins

I love going shopping at Ross! It's honestly like a giant thrift store. Everything is neatly organized and for the most part, the prices seems very affordable, however, the prices vary.
