I can understand why Rite Aid the corporation is financialy troubled. I have been with out my diabetic prescription for days and they are telling me its a supplier issue. CVS, Walmart have it in stock now.

This Rite Aid not only is conveniently located but has some of the most helpful associates you could hope to find. They are willing to take time to assist you and won't stop until you get what you came in for. Kimberly got my product delivered from another store after making phone calls to locate it. An extraordinary effort which was very much appreciated.

Pharmacy wow super slow and always acts surprised as if my medications were not really filled by my Dr. Be careful the hours posted on the website are not correct ? pharmacy closes a lot earlier than posted

I went there to get my medicine and was using the self checkout to do my printed photos, it was not working and the person at the counter said I cannot do it on the self checkouts and she would take me next. She was having trouble with adjusting a price so she called a manager over, the manager came right over to me thinking I needed help and she was the sweetest thing smile ear to ear as soon as she came over! You can just tell she’s the brightest employee in this rite aid and her joy is just contagious. I wish they had employees like her in every store. I normally don’t like to shop in rite aid but she definitely makes it a good experience! I’m not surprised she’s a manager!! Thank you Nickola!!!

at this rite aid, KIMBERLY was very rude and disrespectful. We put back an item we didn’t want in the correct spot and she was disrespectful saying we didn’t. but we did. I like rite aid and i hope my next experience is much better

The pharmacy refuses to answer the phones. On more than one occasion I have had to drive in to ask a question or get a prescription switched. Today I went in after calling all morning and continued to call while in line and could hear the phone ringing. There were only two people ahead of me and at least 6-8 people working behind the pharmacy. I was told they were busy. I had to leave work to talk to someone which should have been a two minute phone call.

Upon entering Rite-Aid on Peach St in Erie, PA I noticed how very clean and organized it was. The floors were very clean too. The pharmacy area also was clean . The staff was pleasant and more than happy to help you if needed.

The store itself is fine and I never have any issues. I've used this pharmacy for years and the last year or so has been very testing. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I should not have to get in my car and go down there just to ask them a question. They are good about filling prescriptions in a timely manner, but if I have questions, forget trying to call. I've stood in the store and watched the phone ring and nobody move. This store is close and in a convenient location, but I'm very close to switching to the 26th st location because they almost always answer. I've had to fill scripts there a few times because I can't get anyone on the phone at this location.

I don't know if all locations are like this, but my experience at the Peach St location has been subpar. It's absolutely impossible to get a pharmacist on the phone. From the antiquated robophone voice, to the fact that when you press three for the pharmacy it only rings five times before sending you back to the beginning of the phone tree, to the occasional answer without saying anything and hanging up, everything about their phone game is terrible. If you physically go there, the pharmacy staff is friendly and personable (which is why they get two stars and not one), but why should I have to drive there and wait in line for a thirty second conversation that could happen over the phone? And if you're wondering why I'm not using their app, it's because their app is as antiquated as their phone system. Seriously, they need a new CTO and a plan for updating their systems to be on par with competitors. If they weren't the best price for my medication I would never go here as there are better pharmacies out there. If you can, avoid this store.

I first came here to post a review about multiple negative experiences I've had with a specific newer ( to me ) pharmacist in the pharmacy. Upon reading multiple reviews on this business regarding this specific pharmacist, tech, or pharmacy employee I am appalled this has been going on this long without remedying the situation. People should not have to deal with such a negative, rude, near mocking employee while trying to pick-up their medications especially for loved ones battling cancer. From what I've experienced she has zero customer service etiquette as well as a serious attitude problem. I have been a customer of Rite Aid for many years and strongly stand with all of the similar complaints regarding this employee, I am hoping that Rite Aid does something to fix this issue as I am one more instance from switching pharmacies all together.
