The actually store employees are very kind and helpful. The pharmacy on the other hand is getting very bothersome. I’m at my 3rd strike with this location…. 1st one was getting my childrens(twins) prescriptions mixed up, about a year ago. 2nd was saying my sons prescription was already filled and it was not (we paid out of pocket), now today the 3rd and they have had a prescription sitting and when I now need it, they said the insurance needs to pre authorize it of which he has been on it but is going back down in mg. Lady was rude on the phone and instead of explaining, she was snobby and treated me as though I should know about this and be ok with her aggressive behavior over the phone. As I was asking her why it had been there since last week and I wasn’t notified until o called today, she said because of insurance. And I got rude back and stated “I am just supposed to know why my child’s prescription of which he needs tomorrow, is not ready since last week, because you are waiting on insurance authorization?” And she hung up on me! We have 6 people in our household that use your pharmacy almost daily and this is how we get treated?

Poor service, she didn’t k ie what glucose monitor. I don’t believe that any one of strip would Roth work. Very poor reviews, don’t use it

They rarely have your prescriptions ready in any sort of reasonable time. There is nothing on the shelves that anyone wants. It's amazing to me that they are still in business. The only good part of this particular rite aid is that the people are pretty nice. So they get 2 stars.

I ho on the web site and put my refills in like at 6am and I will go there at 5pm and they always tell me they just started filling them. If they don't fill from there website then why do they have it. And it says they will text me when they are ready but they never do they will call days later and say they are putting them back. This is very unprofessional they need people in there that does their job people need their meds. My are anti rejection meds for my kidney transplant so if I don't have them I will lose my kidney.

I can understand why Rite Aid the corporation is financialy troubled. I have been with out my diabetic prescription for days and they are telling me its a supplier issue. CVS, Walmart have it in stock now.

Awesome employee's greeted each time I walk in the store and they are always in a great mood! Great prices lots of deals never had a bad visit.

This Rite Aid not only is conveniently located but has some of the most helpful associates you could hope to find. They are willing to take time to assist you and won't stop until you get what you came in for. Kimberly got my product delivered from another store after making phone calls to locate it. An extraordinary effort which was very much appreciated.

Pharmacy wow super slow and always acts surprised as if my medications were not really filled by my Dr. Be careful the hours posted on the website are not correct ? pharmacy closes a lot earlier than posted

I went there to get my medicine and was using the self checkout to do my printed photos, it was not working and the person at the counter said I cannot do it on the self checkouts and she would take me next. She was having trouble with adjusting a price so she called a manager over, the manager came right over to me thinking I needed help and she was the sweetest thing smile ear to ear as soon as she came over! You can just tell she’s the brightest employee in this rite aid and her joy is just contagious. I wish they had employees like her in every store. I normally don’t like to shop in rite aid but she definitely makes it a good experience! I’m not surprised she’s a manager!! Thank you Nickola!!!

Echoing the other reviews here - went to pick up a prescription at 1:45pm on a Thursday and they were closed.
