Once you get hold of them Services great! Getting hold of them is another thing! There is an online site that you could schedule online for your testing beforehand if you can find it. Overall experience was good

Everyone was alright except for our first point of contact at the reception desk and then again at the front desk of the admissions space. Neither spoke initially. I witnessed them being warm and patient with others, while they were tense and rude with my wife and I. In each instance their coworkers intervened to help us have a better experience. That has been my usual contact with the woman at the reception desk. If she speaks at all, she is condescending and rude.
The nurses and doctors were exceptional though. As was everyone other than those who made 1st contact.

Today I had to visit this clinic. I did not have an appointment, but after registering at the clinic, I was accepted in less than 10 minutes. I was served by a wonderful specialist named Shelby. The highest level of service. I recommend this clinic to everyone!

I was told when I scheduled the appointment with associated clinical labs that a PCR test would only take one to two days. I downloaded the quest diagnostics app immediately and set up to get my results. You can only get a test three days out of travel. I went to my appointment and now I’m sitting at the airport waiting for results three days later. I had to quickly take a COVID-19 antigen test in order to get on my flight. I’m not very happy. I still don’t have my results.

Regarding the lab on West Ridge Road in Erie Pa. - This is the 2nd time they did not reply to the online message board. My recent scheduled day & time was deleted a couple weeks after it was made. Pathetic!
