I took my 2011 Honda Civic here to get the bumper fixed. They ordered new parts and kept me updated on the status of my car. The day that they got the parts in, they repaired my bumper and had it ready in the early afternoon! The amount they quoted was the exact amount I owed in the end (they didn't add any extra costs). They were super friendly! And one of the guys actually used to work for Honda so he knows Hondas inside & out. My car looks beautiful now! Would definitely recommend!

Victor the owner, is very down to earth and will talk to you like a real person, and if need be like a person who doesn't know about body work.

Terrible attitude from shop owner, refused to give a written estimate to repair a scratch on a vehicle, for a non insurance claim. Just a verbal agreement, doing that type of business will not protect you (the customer) in case your unhappy with the results of the repair. So buyer beware!!!

Victor, the owner is probably the best body guy in Erie. They have an extensive paint match and mixing system and a top-of-the-line paint booth. What also sets Prestige apart from the majority of other body shops is the frame straightening machine.
