If I could give this place zero I would ! They way I seen the supervisor Amanda treat the customers with such aggression and disrespect is so sad and she shouldn’t have her title. Yelling at young girls when she was proven wrong by them and just didn’t want to do her job! Such a shame do better because your loosing a lot of customers due to ignorance no wonder your banks are closing down.

West Ridge Rd. branch employees are rude & condescending, particularly teller Kierston, who is unprofessional & disrespectful. This branch will more than likely be the next to close.

Insane how if you have no money in your account they still charge a monthly fee and make your account negative then have the audacity to charge you an overdraft fee. I hate pnc establishments.

Honestly awesome service and extremely understanding. I just called about a charge to my account I didn't know about and they didn't make me jump through hoops and sent me right to where I needed to get it taken care of!

Went to cash a check today....they of course was training a new person on the drive thru...during a busy morning...but anyway ..wouldn't cash the check unless they charged me 2 percent to cash it. It was a PNC check from a PNC bank customer. Then they returned the envelope and my id ..WITHOUT the check....I had to drive back to this place to get my unchecked check back. Lousy customer service
