I'm very disappointed in this bank.I don't even bank here. I just came to cash a personal check that is from PNC.After a very long wait the teller tells me that there is a charge for cashing their check because I'm a "non-member". The neighboring teller was charging penalties to a person that is a "member". I'm a U.S. veteran. I even have my veteran shirt and hat on for this memorial weekend on my way to some events. I even showed the teller my veteran ID. This bank would not help out. Do not go here. They are crooks and do not support veterans.

Worst bank ever. Go with a credit union if you can. They do not honor appointment times scheduled in advance. Their time is more important than yours. Pay literally no interest compared to other banks.

Definitely the worst bank to have a Business Account. Whatever you do stay away they charge $15 for cashiers check and charge regular customers 0. They will postpone your deposits so you can get insufficient fees. The list goes on.

I have a credit card with this bank over 10 years because I have not used it they canceled and wreck my credit. what is wrong with banks nowdays. they love you up untill your back is against the wall then they bend you over to ruin your credit and life.DON'T GET A CREDIT CARD FROM THESE CROOKS

Great location, and friendly staff. The only problem I have is there ATM which 85-90% of the time has constant issues and I have reported the issue to PNC multiple times.The staff are really nice, the bank is always cleaned and organized, and for the most part I have always had a good experience. Two times I have been there. I wish the ATM issue would be fixed so it could be more useful.This will be my new branch since the one on 8th street will close May 20, 2022 which was my main branch and this branch will be my main from now on.

I was d*** by going to a bank without an account to cash a check. I got ripped off by sixty dollars because I trusted a drive thru teller. Do not go here.

The tellers at this branch are the BEST. I primarily do banking for my work here, so I bring a LOT of checks in. I used to work at a bank and I know how difficult it could be to deposit tons of checks at once, but these tellers are the best. The best way I can explain them is the British gal, the gentleman who looks like Dax Sheppard, and the young lady with the last name Tate. As well as the Head Teller there - I don't know her name either. ANYWAYS - thank you to all these tellers (as well as the others on staff) for always making my day easy.

I use to really enjoy banking with PNC.They have made policy changes that they have not made their customers aware of. New staff that seemed to came with these new policy changes. Also change hours on the weekends with no warning. Whenever you had a problem in the past the teller was right there to work with you if not they would get a branch manager. Doesn't matter now everything's negative there's never no help or resolution to your situation. Just simply that's our policy and we can't help you. Even when you bring up this wasn't the original policy and no one was notified. I personally went to the same branch on Legion Road very sad I'm tired of the disappointments. Unfortunately they are going to leave me no choice but to find another bank that offers better customer service and is actually willing to work with you and care about you personally and your account.

Called to get assistance on a matter cause by the atm being down they didn't resolve the matter but sent me to a 1800 number to file a complaint... very frustrating

I've been sitting in the outer lobby for 25 minutes now, trying to deposit some checks. The machine has been in a loading screen after taking my card and nearly $3,000 and not doing anything. I cant leave, my card is stuck inside. So I just have to sit and wait here until it finishes loading. This ATM is the absolute worst. The people who work here are very nice and I like banking with them, but don't ever try to deposit any significant amount in the ATM.

My worst experience ever. I've been a PNC customer for over 14 years and I come in for a Signature Guarantee for my paperwork. The gentlemen gives me the hardest time ever. Tells me he cannot for no reason; even though paper clearly states it requires one. This bank treats people as a number, not a dear customer to them. So I went to the credit union and they have no problem helping me. As of today, I am switching to the credit union. At least they treat me like a person, not a number like PNC does. People should stay away from PNC!
