I recommend that if you bank with PNC, do not go to this branch. I had an appointment scheduled today at 11:45, and to start there was no receptionist like there usually is. I went to the front teller to check in and they said that they would be right with me. After about 10 minutes of sitting in the lobby, nobody said anything and one of the personal bankers finally asked me if I needed help (and I thought I already checked in). I continued to wait and after about 20 minutes, 2 other customers walked in who knew the female banker and she waited on them (because they were regulars I believe) and at this point it was 25 minutes in the lobby after I had an apportionment scheduled at 11:45. After 30 minutes at about 12:15, I called the Buffalo Road branch and I went there instead, and they are always more reliable and professional. I had an appointment scheduled to close out all of my accounts so they were already losing a customer, but it is a shame that they acted like they didn’t know that I was there, instead of checking up on me, at least saying that they would be with me soon, since I scheduled an appointment. There was another man in the lobby who told me he did not have an appointment but he was waiting for an hour. Sucks to see that after you wait in the lobby for a half hour, everyone acted like I didn’t exist, and watching people come in after me and get waited on by the banker when I had first priority with an appointment, is bad business. If you bank with PNC, I recommend you highly to drive out of your way and go to Buffalo Road because the PNC Pine Branch has never shown good customer service, especially for people who have appointments.

I usually come here for my banking needs. Michelle is very helpful and so is Cole. The wait time isn’t too bad for being busy either, just be paitent! All very kind workers.

Robert was super helpful and very courteous as well. He was very engaging, and the service was lightning fast. Any time I go in there the whole staff is very friendly.

Today was my first day at the branch. I was negative in my account and came in to deposit money into my spend account and my negative account as well. The lady at the teller was really sweet, and professional. Both ladies was nice actually. She noticed my account was new, and asked me if I knew the benefits of Virtual Wallet or asked if I had any questions even though my account was opened at another branch. We had a nice, short conversation while I was depositing money. She was absolutely kind. I wish I would of got her name. :) Great experience. I will be heading to this branch more for my banking. Simply because it is closer to me then the other branch. However, my home branch has great staff there as well. Every branch in Erie I came across has been excellent with great staff. But, this branch is fantastic and the ladies we're great!

I was given terrible financial advice from an advisor. He put his needs above client.

I set up an account to park money in March 2020 and was promised a certain percentage of interest that was a promotional rate, if I used their credit card rewards card. I applied for the card and after 3 months and no interest, I inquired. The bank advised that they could not honor the promotional interest rate. I told them that this rate was still being promoted online on their site, and they advised that there was nothing they could do. I closed that account but kept the rewards card. The card is supposed to earn minimum 1% + in gift card or cash back rewards. With my business I have several Bank of America and Citibank cards, and have never received lower than 1% reward. The PNC card is earning 2/10% rewards. I have inquired several times but their system is "down" and they are unable to respond. That has been going on for 3 months. Do not believe a word from PNC bank in general and certainly not from the Pine Ave location. I have not experienced any issues like this with business or personal banking from FNB or Northwest Savings. PNC can not be trusted. Find another bank.

This is the worst bank in the world to do business with! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! You have to ask for withdrawal slip because they keep them under lock and key. I spent half hour trying to get money out of my account literally half a freaking hour. They act like you owe them something because they gave you your money. Rather spend the day getting root canals! Avoid this branch at all costs!!!

So far everyone I've met who works here is fairly friendly, but they have possibly the least convenient working hours ever.

PNC AND SEVERAL OTHER BANKS OVER FREE CASH ADVANCE ON CERTAIN DEBIT CARDS. 2 weeks in a row this bank/branch has froze my account by not being trained properly on the cash advance machine. So fed up. Dissatisfied customer....

The drive through ATM is hard to get to. You can not access it from the main road, Pine Ave but have to turn onto a side road and it then exits out on Pine. A bit inconvenient but not a huge deal.
