Great gym... the staff is personable but also very professional. Everything looks clean, organized and the equipment is well maintained. I had a coaching session with Tristan who was wonderful to work with. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but took the time to listen and understand my physical limitations and needs. I've been very satisfied with the quality of service they offer and would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness levels.

I love this gym! Everyone is so kind, other members and staff. This is the one stop shop. From tanning to massages ! Just the best gym for such a great price!

The people who work 3rd shift are the MOST AMAZING here. Me and my bf go tanning Late then we go to the massage chairs and there's 2 men that work at night who are SUPER COOL! Especially the tall guy looks like he keeps the ladies safe! He's awesome ! And he gave me helpful info on talking to his boss the next day about moving up my membership I didn't get to use because of an emergency in Pittsburgh! She was awesome on the phone btw ! ♥️

The staff is always very friendly. I love that it's open when I'm available for my workouts. It has instructions to help use the machines if you are not familiar with using them.

The facilities are clean. I have a whole lot of new equipment. However if you haven't been there for a while it gets a little confusing. Otherwise a great place to work out.
