We have had our brand new car at this dealership several times for the same issues. The deal goes like this we can't reproduce the noise so we can't fix the noise. I show up and the noise is clearly audible to the service righter who says I don't know why the tech couldn't hear the noise??? Well will have to have you come back in 3 weeks, to have the issue looked at again for the fourth time. Save yourself a ton of grief avoid VW and New Motors.

I spent days searching online nationwide for a used car. New Motors Subaru had a used Accord in excellent shape and for a very fair price.Rebecca responded promptly to my email asking if the car was still available. She was kind, courteous and professional. She made sure she reached me by emailing, calling and texting.We corresponded by email and set up a test drive. Before that test drive, I decided to keep my current car, so I did not get a chance to do further business with New Motors.But my small experience with them was so impressive I just had to write a review about it. I purchased a new Subaru in 2022 back in California. After moving across country, I needed an oil change and an 18000 mileage service. I was able to easily book a same week appointment through the MySubaru app. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ramon rios. He was super helpful and made sure I knew where I could relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, a snack and get connected to wifi.The service visit took about an hour and I was on my way. I'll be back for my next warranty visit!

I ordered a maintenance kit for my Subaru, cost $25 and the tool to use it cost $30. I ordered the kit through the dealership and the tool from Ebay. I received the tool in 4 days. The kit however still hasn't arrived in 7 weeks. As predicted, my order was forgotten about and I havent heard anything in 16 days. Trying to now just get a refund because I no longer even want the kit, better to order from literally anywhere but here. First time/last time I place an order through this dealership. I have ordered numerous parts and upgrades from other Subaru websites and never had a problem, just here. I understand these things happen but it should be the responsibility of the dealership to not take money from it's customers and walk away. I had to contact them and ask every few weeks. They blame a 3rd party vendor, well start calling them or offer a refund after the first month. I think they just dont care and rather not bother with such a small order. Here's my thoughts on that, if you guys can't handle a small order why would I order anything that costs more? Exactly why I spent thousands in a aero kit at the Pittsburgh dealership, they had a much higher rating. I'm not mad at anyone in particular but I do feel forgotten about, which will keep me away from here for anything concerning my 2018 WRX limited. With that said at least the parts manager did respond to my emails, which was appreciated. Seems like a nice guy, not his fault the package never showed but still this was not acceptable. I will update if I am stuck with a restocking fee for the kit that never showed up.

This is a review of the VW Service department.One of the worst experiences I have had with car service. I find out that one of the transmission mounts on my Jetta has broke, but I would need to have it looked at by an authorized VW dealer to see if it was covered under my warranty, alright that's fine. So I call the dealership right away because I was told it's not the best idea to be driving around with a broke transmission mount due to wearing the other transmission mounts even more. The lady on the phone state that the earliest that they can get me in is almost 2 months out, not till august 12th. For paying as much as I did for the warranty on my car, and not even being able to really use the warranty because of how long they are making me wait does not seem right. The only option they provided was to drive to another VW dealer almost 2 hours away just to see if the issue is covered under the warranty or not.

My wife and I were shopping for a new or used Subaru for our new growing family. Relatives and friends in the area all suggested New Motors because of their upfront pricing, and their experiences buying and leasing and with the service department. Essentially they are straight shooters here. We would like to personally thank our salesman Brendan for such an awesome buying experience. He was patient, worked with us so we could understand options based on inventory/pricing and ultimately we went with a newer Forester. We love our car and will be return customers. Our vehicle came with warranty, in-house service records and a CarFax report. Being a new Dad I will not take chances on my family's safety with a reliable vehicle. We also added some upgrades via the parts/service department and they were outstanding as well. 100% recommend.Thank you NEW MOTORS & Brendan!

Service department is terrible, will drive to further dealers for any service I need done. Took my vehicle in for an issue and all they said was first that I was using cheap gas, then secondly on the next time in for the same problem that it was normal. So you felt something before when I told you the gas I was using, but then couldn't find anything (after leaving the car for several days) after using the brand recommended for weeks and the problem is still happening... Just ridiculous in my opinion.
