Kelli is usually my stylist and is wonderful. Today I came in in tears with a bad cut I had gotten from another salon. Jess fixed it for me. She saved the day! So grateful for this place! Also I won’t be getting even a simple trim anywhere other than the Avenue from now on! Learned my lesson.

Called for an appointment. The message said they would call back within 48 hours. I was called about 24 hours later. I told the representative what I wanted. She said she would have someone else call me back. No one called me. They obviously don't want new customers.
