Do not use for installing vehicle accessories. Roof racks fell apart within 2.5 yrs of installation. Rino Rack warranty covered replacement components. Faulty initial installation caused the infancy failure. No support offered from SKS after the concern was brought to the owners attention.

Always has been very thorough, and prices are fair. Friendly staff. Scott, the owner, is a great person and friend. Only trusted this shop for my mechanical or accessory needs when I lived in Erie. Stop in and check them out if you have needs/ wants for your vehicle.

Called and the jerk hung up on me immediately before I could say anything. Called again and asked a question. He answered with a quick response then hung up. He didn't even wait for my other question and I told him I had 2 at the beginning. Customer service is so rude i would not recommend to anyone.

My car broke down in NY towed to Sks in Erie PA. They were communicative with me. I left my car for 2 weeks as I headed back to Wisc. They fixed the major problem and I felt the repair cost to be super fair. I would highly recommend them. Thanks to everyone there!

Worse Service you will ever come by! Shops an absolute mess no more or less then the owner. Time management is NEVER a thing in there books.You will not only wait an absurd amount of time for the most simplest requests but they won't even be completed right not the 1,2 let alone even the 3rd time. They take there whole company and name as a complete joke. I wouldn't let these dude work on a scooter let alone your car!

I went to have front end sususpension replacements replacements and when I got the vehicle back I noticed the alignment was off and the lug nuts were bent, damaged and stripped so I called Scott and asked what happened and why wasn't I notified of it he said that it came in like that and then he reluctantly Offered for me to buy all new lug nuts and he would install them and then reimburse me for what they cost. At this point I was over this interaction because I was lied to. for me it isn't about the lug nuts it's about honesty and if I was lied to about lug nuts then God forbid anything else that would've or could've been damaged I would be the last person to know and the first to deal with the problem therefore he lost me as a customer I've replaced my lug nuts myself and will look for a new mechanic good luck to you if you use these folksServices: Steering & suspension repair

Bought a Bestop soft top assembly kit from Scott Kozack at SKS Auto and Truck repair in March of 2022. Upon assembly, I found the kit to be missing half of the parts. After 6 weeks of him stringing me along and refusing to make it right, I have had to contact the authorities. Avoid this business at all costs.

I took my jeep here to have my fenders and side steps coated with their bed liner product GardIt. Work turned out looking nice, but then the product started peeling off, rust bubbles started showing up underneath the product. When I went there to have this done I was told it had a lifetime warranty. Contacted Scott 4/11/2022 and got the run around for about 2 months, then he finally set up an appointment to have me come to the shop to look at it on 4/26/2022 . I got to the shop and he wouldn't even look at me, had someone else come out to look at it. That guy agreed the product failed, that it was pretty bad what was happening and they would have to contact GardIt warranty department. I waited about 2 weeks and followed up with Scott, left a message at shop, voicemail on his phone, texted him..... no answer.... did this again for some time. Finally got a text message on 5/9/2022 stating that he sent all the info into GardIt Warranty. Waited 11 days, no response. Messaged and called again to follow up on 5/20, 6/7, 6/13, 6/27 and no answer, no call back, no text response. I looked up the Company GardIt, give you s number to a company called Langeman. I called the number and talked to the guy there, he informed me that anyone who uses GardIt orders their product from them. I asked to speak to the warranty department. He informed me there is no warranty department and every shop has to handle their own warranty issues. Tried contacting Scott again by calling the shop, calling his cell phone and sending a text message..... no answer..... no response

Had my husband take his truck in to get a plow mount put on and they did a very shotty job. They had to rig it up to mount it and they didn't even talk to us prior. They also put the wiring in which is 3 wires. Every plow is going to 2 wires so it would have been nice for them to talk to us about this. I would not recommend this place.

Scott is less than personable, borderline insulting. Don't take his word on a product, do your own inspection, and prepare yourself to be rudely dismissed; he get's embarrassed so lashes out when caught pushing subpar products.
