had issues with my account being uses fraudulently. went in and dealt with Jill the assistant branch manager. she didn't know how to help me exactly and had to reach out to someone else to get their opinion. decided to close my old account but had to dispute the one fraudulent charge. got a letter in the mail about saying my dispute was denied. I reached out to Jill to inquire and all she said was that it was denied and I wouldn't be getting my money back. no explanation as to why it was denied or anything. that is absolutely terrible customer service!!! I will be closing my accounts after 20 years and will never recommend them to anyone.

The main reason I have a bank is to protect my $ so why when I called them to tell them I've been scammed they told me nothing can be done..do not recommend and switching banks ASAP (Been with them for years & do not recommend)

Bank charges hidden fees then claim amnesia over them... EVERY TIME. The manager here is THE WORST person to deal with if you have any issues. Her only response is to "keep an eye on your stuff better" Even though their app is HORRIBLY inaccurate, the options on the website dont actually work, and emails sent seem to always be "unable to send"... I have an ENTIRE album of screenshots of transactions I didnt do and refunds I'm STILL owed... The 3 atms available in town are out of money or service 80% of the time.... I now have a "miscellaneous charge" pending for 3 DAYS FROM NOW.... I have NOTHING scheduled to come out.. what are they taking from me in the future?? And why??? DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ive been receiving my bank statements late not sure why and its always in the negatives which is ok but I don't receive until weeks later ... when I do get one its too late to catch and pay my neg balance is extremely high I've had this issue with this for 3 months and now this month I get a balance of -70 really fustracting going to another bank might be the only option
