My car was taken care of in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me. However 4 stars because I feel like there should be more of a seating area for customers. The waiting room is really small.

I ended up at Monro after breaking down 2 hours into a four hour trip. Mike was so helpful and reassuring, even having the tow truck park me in a stall rather than down the hill so I could get my belongings out of the car without being in the sun and heat.
Even though it was a Sunday, he was able to take a look at my car and even offered to do the upcoming inspection. Within 24 hours, I had my car back on the road thanks to his help.

The Diagnostic Machine & Labor $206.70!
The total amount was charged to,
Labor $195.00, Plus $11.70 in tax.
Plus! MONRO attempted to sell me,
A $1,400 AC compressor.

My father drove my car home directly after being fixed. As he got out and walked around the car he found one of the new lug nuts on the ground. He then found all the lug nuts on the same tire were only hand tightened. He got the bar from the trunk to tighten them, only to find that the new lug nuts no longer fit the bar that came with the car.
We called the manager today about the issue and we were told the tech drove the car and everything was done properly. They even stated that they stand by their work and refuse to fix the issue.
This could have ended much worse and they were not apologetic or concerned for our safety.

They were opened on a Sunday which was so appreciated since I was having car trouble. Brian and the rest of the staff were very nice. I would have given a 5 star but no one is perfect :)

I purchased a battery late last year (September). We were out of town for 2 months with the car just sitting—the battery did not make it. Steve, the store manager, helped to get the right replacement, which wasn't as straightforward for our vehicle. Apparently, our Toyota Rav4 could take two different batteries. Steve patiently worked to get us the right one that fit in our car.
