I walked in with a somewhat less than favorable first impression of AT&T due to on-line correspondence with the nationwide website. Ricardo switched that completely around. I have to drive over an hour to get to Erie, but I will make that trip a hundred times over for the customer service at this location and Ricardo personally.”

“Stopped by today because I lost my primary phone that had all my passwords stored in it. I worked with Shyann, and in a short time I had a new phone and was beginning to get apps and stuff loaded back in. I returned a short time later and we were able to get into my Google account and get all that working. Just bummed that I lost all my pictures, but that's on me. I couldn't have been more pleased with Shyann and her customer service skills, knowledge and wit with this technical stuff. Don't let her go. Thanks again.”

“Marc was by himself when I went in and already had a customer. He was very polite but very clear there would be a wait. While I was waiting, another customer came in, and he told them the same thing. While helping his first customer, he repeatedly checked with us to be sure we were still okay with the wait. At one point, he actually was helping all 3 of us while he waited for something for the first customer. It actually was an enjoyable experience. I don't think any of us felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Marc deserves 10 stars!!! This was at the W 26th St store in Erie.”

“Att as a whole, I don't care for the service. Customer service over the phone is trash. They left my fiance on hold for 3 hours one day and then just hung up. That's a pos move in my opinion.
I take off a star for it being att that I unfortunately have...but 4 for this particular place because the fella with the slightly long hair was incredibly friendly and helpful. He had everything sorted out within 20 mins.
Give that guy a raise. Seriously. Wish I remembered his name.”

“We have been coming to this location for YEARS, maybe 15? I’ve lost count. Anyway, we love the personal service and being able to ask questions, have things serviced, transfer data, etc. in person. We started with fairly basic phones and always got clear answers about how models compared, never feeling pushed to agree to more than we wanted. So many of the employees have been here for as long as we can remember, so that suggests the company must treat them well. Our current family plan doesn’t exist anymore, but they always find ways to include us in offers that might apply to us and let us know what changes would or wouldn’t be helpful for us. Even when we have to wait we have always been treated well. We recently tried the newer branch on West 12th Street and found good service there as well. Thanks for being there, T-Mobile shop!”
