“Loretta really knows her stuff! She knows her products and customer needs. She is clear, concise and spends the time necessary to help the customer. I wasn't sure what phone was best for me and she helped me process that. She helped me choose my plan and navigate through the set up. She was patient and made sure I received the attention I needed before I left the store. She told me to follow up with any questions or concerns. Great customer service!”
