We had to ask for help multiple times, it wasn't busy, we really struggled finding what was what, and it wasn't till end when a girl came over and asked and she was extremely helpful then, but i had 3 teen boys that needed help

customer service was terrible, took 20 minutes to get someone to help us. never communicated when suit had to be back and want to charge me more because it was late. would not recommend.

There are 2 reasons why I shop here. First and foremost is John McChesney, who is always a great help. Secondly, this speaks to John, which is the full service experience you get. In today's world of self servive, we still need this.

I am from Canada and my first online purchase from these guys. I would not recommend buying anything from this retailer! They do not honour their return policy. I have gotten a really bad experience from Mens Wearhouse, the retailer. I had bought a Lauren by Ralph Lauren Classic Fit 3/4 Length Topcoat, Black - Large - BLACKTMW70Z430002 on December 31st, 2022. On January 9th, 2023, I received confirmation that it was on course for delivery to my address. I received my order on January 12th, 2023. On January 17th, 2023, I called to get an authorization number to return the item back because of being the wrong size. On January 19th, 2023, I received a confirmation email confirming they had received my return. I was told it could take between 4 to 6 weeks for the refund to be processed and be in my account. I have called numerous times with the reference numbers they gave me and they promised that my refund is on they way and just have to wait another 15 to 21 business days to process the refund and apologizing for the mistake and mixup. The timeframe now has lapsed again and 21 days have passed. It is now April 19th, 2023 and I have yet to receive my refund for the item I bought being too big. During each of my phone call conversations, I have been very respectful, patient, polite and understanding. Mistakes can happen but I am beginning to feel like this is a bit of a cycle that is far too excessive. Therefore, I cannot recommend shopping at this retailer.

James fitted me back in November and was very pleasant. John McChesney helped me get my tux today and was very pleasant and cool to work with. Highly recommend these great guys!

The girl who helped me was very pleasant. She quickly took my shirt measurements and showed me my options. There wasn't a big selection of colors in my size, but that's normal for a guy with my sleeve length

My husband was measured in the Spring for his suit rental for our son’s wedding, which was in September.. The salesperson did not spend much time with him. We were notified the Wednesday before the Friday wedding ( the brides father and stepfather were somehow notified on Monday) , we went right out to Erie that late afternoon. My husband put the suit on and the jacket was VERY big on him. I asked what we were supposed to do, the salesman said they would get another one in. I asked when it would arrive in Erie, the salesman said Friday…, I said that is the day of the wedding and he told us we were stuck. I asked if they could take it in on the sides and he said no, only allowed to shorten sleeves and pants. The salespeople are very arrogant and do not try to please. My husband was not comfortable on the day of our son’s wedding. Terrible!! Spend more time taking your measurements.

John was amazing! I went for a custom suit for my upcoming wedding and he was the best. I can't thank him enough for the compassion he gave forth during my first measurement and fitting. Being "female" but very much LGBTQIA, he made this experience a memorable and pleasurable one.

Horrible waste of time. Bought 10 items online and several days later the order is cancelled saying the items are not in stock. But even now the items are still available for purchase on the site. Why are you wasting the valuable time of your customers. Do not buy online from this company.
