“Had a prescheduled appointmoint for 1:10. Had an appointment scheduled for after. I was a little frustrated that I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes. Then when I went back a girl was in training, I did agree I was okay with her drawing my blood. New people need to learn and how are they going to without being given the opportunity. She struggled finding a good spot so her co-worker had to step in. I guess I was just a little frustrated because everything took so long because eveything was being explained from the moment I entered the room, it was just a slow process but I guess there is really no way around that people do need trained. Note to self don't schedule another appointment right after. The process was just longer than I had antcipated. The plus side though, both the employees were kind, and communicated well with me and had bubbly personalities. They had me smiling and laughing. When the blood draw did happen it was painless. The atmosphere was pleasant. So even though the waiting time and blood draw took longer than anticipated, the customer service shined through. I will return to this location.”

I didn’t get her name … but she was wonderful! Quick & painless !They do need to get a sign out front that says … ACL lab is in the back of the building tho . A few of us were a bit confused lol”
“I always go to ACL Summit location every quarterFor my bloodwork. Always a pleasant experience.Making appointment online is very easy. No waiting and the Phlebotomists are always very nice and the experience is quick and pain-free. I highly recommend this location for bloodwork testing!”

“Great staff! They are very helpful and they always make me feel calm and cared for. I have thin uncooperative veins, but they are very skilled and can usually draw blood successfully.”
“I go for routine labs sometimes twice in a week so I know most of the girls geri is the one I hope I get but all the others are goodMy veins are hard to find except for one that's scarred. They usually get it on the first try and are very good to make it as no where painless than using any other vein.”

“Have been to many of the other ACL facilities,One on Buffalo Rd, years ago blew my vein in my left are. Never went back, and have a nice lump in the bend of my arm. Started going to Michael at ACL- 7200 Summit location. He is awesome, knows how to draw, personality plus and you hardly feel the needle going in.We need more phlebotomist like Michael!!!”
