Although it seems like the somewhat downsized, Marshalls is one of my favorite stores. I usually find quality items at reasonable prices, especially shoes.

Came to the store to use a gift card and forgot my ID. I had a photo of my ID to assist, but the coordinator on register 6 denied me using a photo which proves the gift card belonged to me. These rules are becoming very ridiculous, I left my items and walked out.

The store is always got a lot to choose from was doing some ship Christmas shopping some items that were supposedly discounted. We’re actually more than if I would’ve bought them off Amazon or something, but for the most part it was pretty good a little disorganized because of the influx of people, but all looks like it was kept up pretty good, good place to get some nice stuff out of good price just shop around

Always fun to shop for "finds" at Marshalls. Still pretty good in early 2023. Wish they had more small/ personal tech like Bluetooth speakers, and USB adapters. Lots of good value kitchen items.

Extremely rude staff. Very poor customer service skills. Did a few returns and seems like they gave attitude. Specifically the young man who seemed like a supervisor. Not to mention anytime they get on the intercom and bark at you to get out of the store as they’re closing in a super rude tone. Like another reviewer said, please teach your younger employee the proper etiquette of being polite and not catty. This is not your high school classroom, sorry. Two stars cause at least they do a good job keeping the store organized compared to gabes or others.

Love Marshall’s but this is an amazing one for guys athletic clothes and Apple phone cases and Apple Watch bands. If you are lucky, their sneaker selection is amazing but the place is so popular it’s hard to get it at the right time
