I recently went to this store and needed some garden items inside and also needed 12 bags of mulch & 4 bags of sand and patio bricks from outside the lot etc. I happened to meet a employee named Logan H. I was asked "what can I help you with" and I showed him my receipt and he said "sir I got you taken care of...stay right in your truck and I'll handle everything" Let me tell you, Logan is an amazing young man with an amazing attitude and he is a BIG reason I will be back for other things in the near future. That guy is a GREAT representation of what a GREAT employee Lowes has on their team!! Thanks again Logan.. you're awesome!!

I like this place, you guys have the best illumination products and much more. BUT... I do not like the self check-out and is not just because of me, the other day an elderly couple was having difficulties checking-out and nobody was there to help them. The technology takes away from the personal touch of having a cashier.

I was in to buy paint this week and Art helped me twice. I was impressed with his knowledge, he helped me find exactly what I needed within my budget. His customer service is fantastic! He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He very patiently answered all of my questions and my project turned out great!

We were sold a fridge that broke within a year. The warranty company is unable to fix it and keeps sending the same technician to try new things. We have been without a kitchen fridge since November. The Lowe’s manager was extremely rude and refuses to help. Her name is Julianna Guido and she laughed and hung up on me. Terrible product, terrible service.
