LowesBlowsI had to return items that I didn’t need. Associate automatically put it back on my card without asking how I wanted it. It takes a week for the money to go back into account. I even asked to put on a store card. I will never step foot into a Blowes again.

I’ve always loved Lowe’s stores and products! We just recently bought a new dining room light and we are very pleased with it. We chose to do curbside pick up and Justin was extremely nice and helpful. We will defiantly be coming back for more home improvement purchases!

If there is one place in Erie I enjoy coming to its this store. The managers and staff are great, friendly and care so much about customers in a professional way. If I have any issues with anything they always have a solution.I enjoy seeing the staff every day I am there. They put a smile on my face no matter what mood I'm in.

Always have had great service with any other deliveries that I have had except for today they never called, never rang the doorbell, just stopped drywall and my dishwasher right in my wet driveway. When I called the store all I got told was they were sorry. Will be taking furture deliveries elsewhere.

I tried to return an item at this store. The item was purchased at a different Lowes store. it was unopened and in perfect condition. I did not have my receipt. The clerk told me that she would have to issue me a store credit. Perfect. This is what they have done in the past. The clerk asked for my drivers license. She entered my information. Then said there is a problem she couldn't issue a return without my receipt. I told her that I needed to speak to a manager. Ivan the manager came to the counter he told me that I had to have a receipt I asked him to over ride the system and that I spend a lot of money at Lowe. After all I am a gold status Lowe's pro. He stated that it didn't matter how much I spend and to have a good night This was by far the worst customer service that I ever experienced at a Lowe's store. This happened at the Lowe's on Keystone Dr in Erie Pa. Home Depot will thank you for sending all of my future business to them.

Was told by the ignorant lady at the pro desk I couldn’t place an order over the phone unless she knew me. Talk about great customer service :/ unfortunately these kind of people are why our business is almost always conducted at Home Depot! What a shame turning away business to a local customer.

It was a pleasant experience even though I didn't find what I was looking for, met a guy named Pete, we talked about Christmas decorations, he's doing the outside of his house I'm doing the inside of mine, he needed more lights, he had some good ideas, very interesting, nice guy I enjoyed talking to him, He had plenty of Christmas Spirit. Gotta love the Holiday Season!
