Since April 11th, I'm STILL WAITING for 2 Preauthorizations to be put BACK on my debit card from a transaction that was CANCELLED. Took 5 days to go back on.

I usually don't have a problem here. I have been coming here for years and used to love it. I waited around 7 or 8 minutes for service but it didn't bother me what I had a problem with is the young lady that pumped my gas. Thats one of the things that I enjoy but today was different. She wasn friendly, didn't speak didn't s anything at all. Just stared at me as if I had 2 heads. I don't like doing this but she is taking away a lot from the store. I hope that she has a better day tomorrow and if not step aside and give the job to someone else..

This is the SECOND time that I left this kwik fill on Peach Street WITHOUT gas! BOTH times I went to this location and left they had hand written signs that stated it was SELF SERVICE. I go to the FULL SERVICE gas station for FULL SERVICE! BOTH times and went to the perry highway location were the guy was working alone and gladly pumped my gas. I don't understand how two gas station under the same corporation have to sets of rules when it comes to working alone. IT'S FALSE ADVERTERISMENT TO SAY YOUR FULL SERVICE THEN NOT BE FULL SERVICE!

Every time I got this particular Kwik fill this young woman says that she doesn't pump gas when she by herself. I've been coming for years and have never heard anyone working here say that.

Kwik Fills are designed for the employees to pump your gas. The employees at this has station either dont pump your gas at all and stay inside on there phones or just stand by the door smoking cigarettes. If they do by chance pump your gas youd better pick the two pumps closest to the door because if your at the one by the street they wont even come over there to pump your gas at all.

Why do I feel guilty about a full service station? I heard about this place and pulled up to the pump with dog in the back only to be greeted by a very friendly person calling me hon, taking my card and swiping it, then running off to get a dog biscuit for my dog! Talk about full service! I'm never getting out of my car again!
