This storage facility was once privately owned ( I used to pay $93.34 a month)Then BOLT STORAGE bought this business out ( June of 2020) and immediately stated raising rates which started out at $97.52 and by October 2022 is charging $223.12 per month for the same unit. I moved out and requested a refund for the unused portion of November, which they agreed to and said I would receive $88.05 in a refund to my checking account. WELL here it is late December and 21 emails later and 4 phone calls an I finally receive a check in the mail for $78.51 a difference if $9.54, I have finally given up hope of receiving my entire refund and dealing with their representative, because Im just spinning my wheels. DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THEM unless you want to pay really high rental fees and when youre finished with the unit just try and get your money back, what a joke. Obviously these people make their money by overcharging and then keeping some of your refund.

I feel sorry for the other reviewer who had a misunderstanding and whose unit may have been broken into, but I have known Craig for years and never had a problem. Craig's storage facility gave me an opportunity to maximize my money without the need to invest in overly expensive storage or property. He's always been a professional.

My mom 69 year old moved her stuff into this unit and she went over to grab some things from the unit and her lock was off and there was a zip tie on it the manager said she didn't pay her bill but her bill was paid always before the first of the month. So she ask him to take the zip tie off and they wouldn't so we burnt it off and she had a 55 inch tv a desktop computer and a few other items that where gone. She had a 40 inch tv that the scooter she had in the unit had fell on it and was broke. Now they found out stuff was took out of it the manager said that the lock was gone so he put the zip tie on it. But he never called anyone to tell us her unit was unlocked or broken into. My mom is moving her stuff out so that she doesn't have to worry about it anymore.
