Once again this office shines thanks for all you do! Got me my $$ in the friendliest of manners! Nashonne and Micheala were very helpful and attentive! I was able to get money before Christmas and an advance on my refund!! The manager came in to approve some stuff and he seemed very friendly and knowledgeable also!

For your sanity, if you use this company, pay for the guarantee. I was just billed by Berkheimer because JH botched my 2019 return. The upside is that the GM was incredibly helpful and made sure I was reimbursed.

Arrived at your 26th street office at 3pm, was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. The met the young man that helped with my income tax papers. This young man was so polite and helpful, I was impressed even.when I had forgotten a form, he was able to retrieve it for me. I will recommend this office to any senior that wants a wonderful, knowledgeable young man to assist then

Best tax filing service in town. Stacy at Jackson Hewitt on West 26th st in Erie Pa, was absolutely amazing! Stacy explained everything to us and walked us through every step. She was an absolute pleasure to work with for our 2022 tax filing. Friendly and outgoing will definitely be returning to this location and Stacy. Thank you! ?

They don't tell you about the very expensive fees they charge. Every year it is someone new doing your taxes and they aren't really sure how to do them.
