I have been using this bank for a few years now. I am totally pleased with their attempts to defer fraud on my credit card. It is a simple matter to get a clearance number so I can charge on line. I use the on line banking daily, and since I am awake all through 3rd shift the times I use the on line banking is well after midnight. Only on Saturday to Sunday is on line banking shut down for weekly maintenance. The only thing that I find disconcerting is I can only withdraw $500 via the ATM with in a 24 hour period.

This is by far THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD. I will never give a good review. How r they still open! I deposited an inheritance check. The next day funds were completely available, the whole.amnt, so I started paying bills. 15 min later they put a hold on the full amount, which put me into the negative. They took my.whole.paycheck to.cover the "negative balance". I'm still waiting for my inheritamce.check to.clear eventhough it cleared 5 days ago from my father's bank?

Never. Use this bank.They will lock your card for almost ANY little transaction and have obnoxious Holiday hours where you will be stuck miles away from home, with a locked card and no options and the best they will offer you is "sorry for the inconvenience."I have asked them COUNTLESS times to stop locking my card, leave it alone. Their ridiculous "fraud block" attempts don't block fraud, they block me from using my "trusted bank" as I should.I have warned many relatives and friends to stay far far from this bank, and I myself am in the process of leaving for a much better option.Don't let their fake cheery disposition fool you, these clowns are not looking out for your best interest and will always leave you dissatisfied with their service.Don't get me started on the every 4 days being locked out of my "always available" online banking. - Which shuts down every night from about 12 AM until 7 AM. Depending on where you live, and the temperature outside apparently, judging by their finicky service.I have never been so unhappy with a service in my life, and this is a bank! A business you would hope to trust!

I love huntington bank, theirv24 hour grace period on Yvette checking account if you overdraft can save you hundreds of dollars in fees over other banks that don't notify you and try a check deposit twice at $45 each and then charge you daily as they send you a post card to advise you overdrafted

I've banked with Huntington for years. Never had a problem. Everyone is always friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

They treat you really well and don't try to lose you with a whole lot of finance talk. They make it easy to understand and offer plenty of services to their customers

Due to the fact I can no longer use stand by cash unless I have a daily balance of $200 (which is impossible on a fixed income) I have switched banks and will be closing my Huntington account ASAP

During Covid they shut my account and dado to inactivity and drained it of all money I had on hand. I lost it all. Would not recommend this bank chain at all.

Do not bank there!!they do not answer the phone or verify your identity!!!!!!!!I had fraud on my account and it is their fault!!!
