I love Huntington Bank! Everyone here is so friendly, well-mannered, professional, and polite.
The ladies are always ready to help you in anyway possible, and the branch is always cleaned and you are always welcomed with a smile! It’s like a family here.
Huntington is amazing as a bank, I mean for me they have been great so far. The $50 zone is very useful, I love the early-pay feature, the modern and well-designed mobile app, and the convenience of banking on the go from the palm of your hand.

Horrible bank!! Never answer the phone, and never have a manager to speak to!! Promise one will call back, that was weeks ago!!! They should shut down!

I can only speak for the Huntington on 12th Street but the service at that specific bank is very good. The employees are pleasant and they perform their jobs quickly. Better then most banks in Erie.

Been banking with Huntington for many years, starting with their branches in Newark, OH. They have been tremendous...I've kept them even though their closest office is an hour away. Recently Melissa at one of the Erie branches helped me pull up some old account information, a tremendous help to me. I appreciate the folks and the company.
