I've been going to h&r block for 20+ years, and you know what I got for my loyalty to this service? The last time I got my taxes done there they charged me over $300, smfh bad form h&r block way to stick it to loyal customers.

My tax pro,Jeannie, was professional and found all the deductions that I was able to take. We owed this year and she showed us ways to change so we should not owe next year.

H&R Block is awesome and my tax preparer is wonderful. I've been using the same tax preparer thru H&R Block for 5 years and have absolutely no complaints. My taxes are done lightning fast and are correct. My tax preparer is friendly and the other times I've communicated with her colleagues they have been very kind.
