H&R Block gets better every year. I've been doing taxes a long time, and it's never been this easy. In fact, I'm not sure how much more improvement is possible. You upload your documents, and someone does the work for you. You get an appointment and speak to them over VTC, they confirm everything, hit "send", and you're done. Not sure what's left to improve or how it could be easier. This is how is should always be.

Montrose Cooper was an awesome tax preparer....the staff is super friendly....I've went to them for years and have always had an awesome experience.... they're located at peninsula village on west 8th st...I would recommend them to anyone... make sure to ask for Montrose!!!!!

They got me in and helped me. The last year I did with TurboTax and I was to receive $19.00. I never finalized it. At H&R block, Janet did mine and she came out with sooo much more. This is why I should not do my own. I was also cancelled 3 times from Jackson Hewitt for this year. Janet got me in the same day I called. She did 2 years of taxes for me and was so knid. She went above and beyond my expectations. She deserves the score of higher.
