The clothing is nice and the store is fine, but the customer service doesn’t exist.
One of the employees looked at me twice and said nothing and walked away. I definitely have no desire to go back to the store. Thankfully I don’t mind driving, and so I can go to Cleveland, Pittsburgh or Buffalo so I can get clothes and actually acknowledged and get assistance.
This is completely horrible customer service because there is none.
Welcoming customers is part of the job, not avoiding them.

The staff here is amazing, Sophia is one of the best employees here ever! Everyone here is very friendly and helpful, I was able to get some clothes for a wedding here and had an easy fitting and checkout experience. Thanks Sophia for making my experience here a 5/5 😊

Staff was friendly and helpful but there was deodorant and stains on the clothes on the racks. It wasn’t an item here and an item there. It was every single rack! 🤢 I was very frustrated that everything that I liked had white smears all over it.

I know you don’t have control overThis but absolute worst website user experience I’ve ever had. Tried to use the numerous 25% off and free shipping coupon codes and none of them work. Tried using credit card; payment couldn’t be processed. Absolutely terrible website.

Retail staff was friendly and helpful. However, a week after I returned home to Canada, there were fraudulent charges on my credit card. H&M was the ONLY time I used my credit card while in the US . Someone/someone's were eating via Skip the Dishes, on my dollar. Hope it was worth it. Not what I expected from a prominent retail store in a major mall.

Huge store with a typical H&M vibe. Good layout and lots of space as it honestly took over an entire corner of the mall just a few years back. Several entrances to the different areas (women's, men's, kids, etc) and the store is always very clean and organized. Employees are patient, relaxed and knowledgeable.. not pushy or stressed. Great store overall!

Over priced ripped jeans make for a 1 star rating, but if Ashley is working, you can get 2 pairs of jeans for free! Just mention Google Reviews, and she'll tell you all about it
